Plagueland patrol quests that require a collection of materials from slain enemies is bugged. I pick up the patrol and begin killing the appropriate enemies but the materials never drop. Have to abandon them and avoid them. Please fix asap

Having this issue, but only on patrols that i've picked up in the Giant's Husk. I was able to complete a quest I obtained in the Lords Watch. I travelled to the Husk and completed it there. But the next two I picked up in The Husk have to be abandoned. Have video's, can upload if needed.
