Looking at the man there is no doubt, without the tattoos or the warped face he was originally a typical villager. As for what had become of him, something horrific.
"Finally free.... finally free... FINALLY FREE"
He begins to yell repeatedly laughing hysterically as he mindlessly charges after the man in front of him practically screaming his vocal cords apart.
