Short Post for...Reasons
Sitting on a wooden bench within the walls of the Dojo was a singular woman - those that knew her called her Irina. She was in a newer garb - one consisting of a white longcoat and black combat boots and laced gloves, completed with a white cape that draped her left shoulder. She looked nervous - mostly because of what Alpha had done, mostly because of...something she had called Athena here for. Something special. To say the very least.
((Extremely short social post, I know. Open to all, particularly Meta and Sanic.))

Tubbs walks by with the Darksaber she gave him in his hand he's examining it it seems
-
"...Whatcha up to? Here to return the sword? I'm...surprised." Irina smirked heartedly, although it was faint and quick. She liked the sword, clearly.
-
Yeah I guess I have to, unless you have another one. Then I'm totally keeping this.
-
"I don't. Darksabers don't exactly grow on trees."
-
Well, it was useful. I cut off Omega's horn with it and made it into a weapon. Here ya go. he hands her the sword
-
Gripping the saber's handle, Irina smirked as she sheathed the weapon, smiling a little more. "Heh. Thanks."
-
No problem. I assume you'll use it in the upcoming war?
-
"War? Oh dear, no. I've got a family to support. Unless Athena's going in, I'm not."
-
Getting soft eh?
-
"Soft? I've spent this week watching a child die, seeing my friends crumble and manage to find one thing that makes me happy, and you call me...soft? ...You wouldn't understand. I wouldn't expect you to."
-
Dang. That sounds harsh.

Quincy walked over to her silently, not that she hadn't noticed him. He was garbed in a green scarf and white wool shorts, that was it. He was missing part of his left ear and had a few scars on his face: the fur being singed away so the scars were visible, and they weren't pretty. He sat next to her, a ring on his left ringfinger. He looked over at her. "Something on your mind?" he asked. He had tried sounding like his cheery self, but his voice was laden with grief. His best friend was paralyzed and another friend was dead. He had been also dealing with verbal abuse as of recently by various others around Dojovillle and the Dojo, but hadnt mentioned it to anyone.
-
Irina slowly looked up at Quincy, her arms crossed before she pocketed a small box - it appeared in high-quality condition, as if it had been bought at a local store down in Dojoville. The fact that Irina visited Dojoville and didn't get shot was impressive. "Yeah, you could say that..." Irina muttered, before continuing. "I need to talk to Alpha. And Athena." That clearly wasn't everything. Something was bothering her, even though she attempted to remain calm. "You don't look well...what's wrong?"
-
"Besides a friend getting murdered and my best friend being paralyzed, Ive been dealing with some thoughts about my life...Im not suicidal or anything, im just...concerned...I never really had a home until now, and now the idea of this being a home is looking...slim..." he said, hugging his knees to his chest on the bench. Since he was small, he could do that sort of thing.
-
"Oh. I...I didn't know. Sorry, I...I shouldn't have asked." Whatever was wrong with Irina, it began to show - it was as if she was angry at not someone else, but in fact herself. The change in the outfit may have had something to do with it - she always had her dark longcoat and tricorne hat.
-
"I'd say its fine but it'd be a lie. I'll be fine though..I can rant about my life elsewhere...Anyhow, what's bothering you? If I can help in any way, that doesnt involve killing someone, please, tell me. I can tell something's bothering you. Sixth sense, comes with being canine..."

And not even 5 minutes after she called Athena there, her lover had arrived. She was dressed in light, skin-tight jet-black combat armor. She had her katanas sheathed on her back and Deagles at her hips, but that was it. "So sweetie... What's this little surprise you called me here for?"
-
At the sight of her lover, Irina's mood brightened, as she rose up from her wooden bench to greet Athena. She stood up straight, smiling at the soldier as she approached. "Athena, I've...I've thought about something. Something that I've thought about in the past few weeks, and something I've made up my mind about."
-
Her face immediately lit up as she was 99% sure of what Irina was about to ask. She walked up and took Irina's hands in her own. She leaned in and practically whispered what she was gonna say. "Oh... And what might this 'something' be?"
-
"Well..."Irina snickered nervously, before taking a small box from her pocket. Yeah, Athena knew what was up. "Athena," Irina said prominently, opening the box and revealing a shining ring, a singular diamond in the center. Irina only piped up even more as she said the next four words absolutely joyfully. "...Will you marry me?"
-
"Yes!" There is no hesitation whatsoever. She almost immediately envelops Irina into one of the most passionate kisses she'd ever experienced.
-
Clutching the box tightly, Irina wrapped her arm around Athena as she kissed back, pressing her lips against Athena's passionately. After a couple of seconds of non-stop kissing, she broke away, smiling at the one she was engaged to. "Great, great! So...should we go eat and celebrate, plan for a wedding, assuming we have one...your choice."
-
"No idea."
-
"Oh. I mean, we should discuss the Dojo and such...should we get a new house? I've got more than enough money to pay for one."
-
"Since this place is starting to get fuсked up on a daily basis, is say that sounds like a good idea."
