Ember quickly flew to the boat. A few minutes later, the sound of a mototboat could be heard over the waves.
A small metal boat with a motor engine came flying over a wave and made a splash as it hit the water near them. It moved closer and a sailor reached his arm out for one of them to take.

"Grab on!" The sailor said, as Tesuto grabbed the arm and was hoisted onto the side of the boat. Tesuto climbed on and the sailor quickly brought his hand down to Quincy, who he hoisted up with much more ease. As soon as he could, the boat turned around and cruised straight back to the massive freighter, and the boat was pulled up. The three sat in the soaking boat in front of eight other crew members who looked at them bewildered.
-
Quincy waved awkwardly. "Hi.." Meanwhile, Ember had flown onto the side of the boat. "Well, we should be out of the freezing water now, I'd say I did my job getting help quite well." she said, leaning against Quincy.
-
A very tall man, his hat indicating he was the captain, walked in front of his men. He had a gnarly scar across his face that was my NO means attractive, and he looked as if he was blind in the right eye it crossed. "A Samurai, a fairy, and a walking talking wolf. You're a strange company...."
-
Quincy shrugged. He didn't necessarily look like a wolf but he took it as a complement, since wolves were usually the buffer canines. Ember looked a little annoyed though. "Hey, for your information i'm a Nimbat!" she piped. "Ember, let it go." Quincy said, chuckling at her.
-
"Hmph! Well either way. Hey aboard! Now! We have a storm to get through!" The captain said gruffly. Tesuto stood up and bowed to the captain. "Thank you." The Samurai said, stepping out of the boat and onto the freighter.
-
Quincy hopped aboard, nodding to the captain. "Thank you, sir." both Q and Ember said at once.
-
"Aye! Now get inside ya damn fools!" The captain said before walking away firmly. The crew bolted inside into the large bridge at the end of the ship. The three adventurers followed suit.... In a few hours, the waves died down. THE SHIP became quiet, and the hull didn't sound like it was being pounded in.
-
"Sounds like the storm died down." Quincy brought up, only hearing the engine's vibration.
-
"It seems so. Let's go talk to the captain to see where this ship is going, shall we?"
-
"Yes we shall." he said, getting up. Ember was sleeping in his hood.
-
The two exited the confines of the quarters they were staying in, and walked up to the bridge. The sky was grey and snow fell, but the waves were slow and small. The two walked into the bridge, where the Samurai bowed to the captain who was leaning forwards on his desk. "Hello, captain....?" "Jessup. Cap'n Jessup. And I think it's good you two came to me, considering both of your are members of that esteemed dojo on the other side of the world."
-
"Is there a problem on board the ship?" Quincy asked. "Or are you dealing with something sea-monster related? Or do you just need extra hands?" he asked, trying to probe what he meant by that first statement.
-
"Shut up will ya?!" The captain exclaimed. "Jaysus you'll blow out your throat from exhausting it so much! And no, nothing is WRONG with MY ship! I run it tighter then my ex-wife! And everyone knows she was a hell of a boar!" The crew broke out into laughter after the man's remark. After they shared their laughter they got back to work. "Actually, there is something you could help me with. We're arriving at the tatakoi plains, at the centre of the continent. We have a package that needs to be delivered up to the Arcanum in the Mountains. you'd save me boys a lot of time and money if you can get that package up there."
-
Quincy thinks for a moment. "What's the package?"
-
"Not ours to tell. We ain't allowed to open em. We are just paid to deliver! And I'm thinking you can pay off your debt for riding with us by delivering the package to em!" The captain explained. Tesuto looked to Quincy. "We are heading their anyways master Quincy. I see no harm in delivering the package."
-
Q looked at the samurai. "What if the package contains something that could harm innocents? Or possibly be used in...other..malicious ways. We'd be responsible for that... I'd at least like more information about it..."
-
"Well too bad! Can't open the package or reveal any clientele info accept it's destination! So you can take the package, OR, I can kick you right off my ship!" The captain exclaimed. Clearly he wasn't joking. Tesuto looked at Quincy uneasily. "Choose your next words carefully...." the Samurai said. >Refuse to take the package. >Take the package.
-
"Fine, we'll deliver it..." he said, not liking the idea.
-
"Good! We'll be docking in a few hours." Four hours later, the plains of Tatakoi came into view. There was a dock on the coast and a sizeable village in behind the docks. The people were bustling about, doing their business as the freighter came into the large dock. Trucks pulled up onto the dock and the cargo was soon being unloaded. A Ramp fell for the crew members, and after Quincy, Tesuto and Ember got off one of the crew dropped a large crate in front of both of em. "Remember!" The worker said. "Get IT to the arcanum!"
-
"Well. This is a large package." Quincy said.
-
"Good thing you have a digitally organic robot at your command...." Tesuto said. Picking up the crate. He looked to the nearby car rent and nodded his head to it. "Quincy. Go rent a car so we can get to the mountains faster. I'm...not the biggest fan of how heavy this box is."
-
"I don't exactly have money, and im not sure the dealer of the car place'll trade for rocks I find travelling..But hey, can't hurt to try." He goes over to the place to see what he's able to rent. Ember stayed by Tesuto.

-
He walked over to him, poking his shoulder. "Hello?"
-
The man snorted and woke up, wiping the drool off his mouth. "Duh hello! I em Sumbedeh. Welcum tooooooooo ma shop!"
