[i]Distress Call[/i]
*Sapphire paced anxiously back and forth in the training building. Li'l S was standing a short distance away, frantically scribbling strange symbols onto his chest as she watched, seemingly reading them. Normally, this wouldn't be cause for alarm considering the only way she can tell what people are saying is by having Li'l S translate it and write it on his chest. What was strange though, was that he was wearing her helmet and no one else was in the room with them.*
[u]And they are already speaking Sphirinian, correct?[/u]
*Asks Sapphire, Li'l S nodding in agreement as he keeps scribbling onto his chest.*
[spoiler]Open to interaction. I'm going to be doing a number of these and I will only reply to one person for each one. (If I RP with you a lot, don't expect me to choose you. I'm trying to have my characters meet new people as well as build up to a plot I'm planning.)[/spoiler]

"Dammit." [b]He crossed his arm over his chest and clicked a button his shoulder. A shoulder mounted flashlight turned on, and he pointed his hand gun into the cave with his light [/b] "Don't just stand around then, let's get in there." [b]He started going deeper into the cave [/b]

*She says something in Sphirinian that he can assume is extremely offensive. But before he can say anything back, a male voice replies in the same language from deep inside the cave.*

"Well hang me by the toes and call an Italian Fascist, there's a survivor."

[u]You think?[/u] *She says before calling back in Sphirinian and then sprinting deeper into the cave.*

[b]Allister sprinted after her, weapon still raised [/b]

*He can hear them conversing in Sphirinian as the male voice slowly seems to be getting closer.* [u]Alright, he's been shot and so he hid in this cave. His tissue regenerator is broken so he's in really bad shape...[/u]

"But who is he?"

[u]He says his name is Derun'Sano...[/u]

"Something wrong?"

[u]What do you mean?[/u]

"You paused at the end..."

[u]Well, most people stop talking when they stop talking.[/u] *She says before replying back to the voice as they go deeper into the cave.*

"Heh. Real smart Alec."

[u]My name's Sapphire.[/u]

"You've never heard the term smart Alec before?"

[u]That's a term?[/u]

"Yeah, it's a term."

[u]A a term for what?[/u] *They suddenly round a corner and there is a Sphirinian soldier slumped against the wall. He seems to be a type of otter. He has his right arm over his stomach and he shakily raises his solar pulse rifle with his right, aimed right at Allister. He shouts something to Sapphire, and Sapphire shouts something back. Eventually, she manages to get him to lower his weapon before running up to him.*

"See! Told you it wasn't safe, he tried shooting me!"

*She just keeps talking to the Sphirinian as she lifts him up over her shoulder. She turns back towards Allister and begins walking out.* [u]He pointed the gun at you because you're a human and the only interaction he's had with humans involved him getting shot.[/u]

"What the shit happened then?"

*She asks him in Sphirinian and he says something back. Allister can specifically hear him say 'bigfoot' at one point.* [u]He says they shouted 'bigfoot' at him and then started shooting.[/u]

"He looks nothing like big foot..."

[u]I know... His feet are reasonably sized...[/u]

"I mean, he actually looks very nice."
