BUY A BODY ARMOUR ENGRAM (tells you: "Receive rare, legendary or exotic BODY ARMOUR PIECE")
AN ARTIFACT IS NOT A BODY ARMOUR PIECE
If that is a part of the game, that is such a shitty thing to add!!? I'm going to stick with that it is a bug, and am expecting that to be patched at some point, as I buy a body armour engram, for body armour, and it tells me I will recieve body armour... I'ma say it one more time just because I can... BODY ARMOUR... NOT ARTIFACT

And then I'm gonna say that artifacts can come from any armor engram and maybe even weapon engrams. At the same time when you buy a armour engram I would say it should be an armour piece since it's like 50 to 150 legendary marks for it.
