It's weird how people pick sides. I have both and I can say for a fact that both serve their purpose for me and that the whole graphics argument and FPS thing is a very weak argument because if that's what really mattered sell your games and consoles and just save up for a PC. I've had less issues with service connection on Xbox and better streaming on PS4, but in the end they both allowed me to play games I enjoyed. Xbox usually has the better free games but PS has way better deals than Xbox, and they both cost about the same for a year membership.
