Dead Orbit means shaders to me Future War Cult means good weapons to me New Monarchy means nothing to me [spoiler]Seriously though I agree with Dead Orbit. We can't win the fight against the darkness so why don't we try and go somewhere else?[/spoiler]

Well, I'm FWC, and we gots a lounge. A lounge with a view. And a robot chick. Not too shabby. Plus we had that hand cannon that could crash your game. The emos and the kangs can't compete with that level of shenanigans.

I think in general the factions have no real impact on the game. I wish it was more of an open world pvp thing. Where if your on patrol and wearing a class item of say Fwc there were bounties to kill off dead orbit/new monarchy players. It would only be activatec if you wore a class item so if you just wanted to farm you could just wear a non faction class item and not be tagged as an enemy. At the end of the month which ever faction won, based on top number of bounties/kills, that faction would get a boost to resources, glimmer etc. Maybe it could give us a reason to patrol more and add more of a pvp element to the game.

I feel that New Monarchy relates to my ideas of strength and unity. Earth and this solar system is our home. From this planet humanity began and expanded to great reaches of space. And to just abandon it would mean to abandon our past. To always prepare for war is not the way too, for it will only cause destruction instead of construction. I feel New Monarchy envisions a future of peace under one ruler, and from that ruler he or she will stand their ground and push the Darkness back and reclaim all that we lost. Our history is here and we should not abandon it.

My hunter (main) is dead orbit. I always figured that it made the most sense - hunters always operate on the fringes of space, seeking out the unknown. Dead orbit is looking for info and tech to get away from earth, why not employ hunters in that search? my warlock follows future war cult. Because it's a cult, and warlocks need a cult. Also it sounds all mystical and stuff, and warlocks have space magic. My Titan follows new monarchy because she's a loyal soldier and won't abandon the city or its citizens

Dead orbit. Level 80. I like them because of the exodus attempts by them when siva first went haywire on earth. I like the fact they are explorers. I like the thought of extending the storyline through discovering new settlements on other worlds. People say they are emotional and negative. I would argue that they are just despondent after trying in vain to get humanity off earth and settled somewhere safe. Lastly, I think the faction suits my main class, hunter.

I'm Banshee 44, and I'm the Tower's  Gunsmith. I work here with my old friend Cayde 6 and my ghost, Big Ghoss. Everything in here has a story and a price. One thing I've learned after 44 resets - you never know what gun is gonna come through that door.

I rep with New Monarchy because it was the only faction I saw where their main priority was the prosperity the city. Everyone else had their own agendas that just got in the way. But it's my hopes that (and this is just theoretical fan based bull crap) my Guardian can rise the ranks in NM and find a way to use our influence with the city to unite the other factions and reclaim Earth.
