"Anything so far?" [b]The radio frequencies were all deadly silent, nothing but a static. As for life signs, there were plenty of them. Animals, humans who knows what [/b]

"Radios are silent. I'm picking up plenty of life signs. Some possibly human."

"Great! Its gotta be them... But what If it's not?"

"Then we keep looking." The ship passes over the island.

[b]It's a rather small, generic one. Mostly covered by a dense forest with a small Mountain and plenty of Hills Readings indicate cave entrances going deeper inside, into the heart [/b]

"I'm just going to go out on a limb here and assume the platoon ended up in this cave." Cannon says, gesturing towards the readings.

"That's pretty huge, it's underneath most of the island..."

Cannon nods. "The I guess we should start looking. I'll deploy a few probes."

"Probes? Won't they lose signal underground?"

"Yes, but they'll record everything they see and report back. And they won't get lost."

"I guess one can only hope." [b]He leaned over, trying to get a glimpse of the island [/b]

Cannon hits a few buttons and a squadron of small probe droids deploy towards the caves and across the island. "They should have the whole island scanned within an hour."

"An hour?! That's pretty damn efficient."

"I use special toys." He replies.

[b]One of the drones pucks something up, reporting back. Five Dead guards were found in a dead end cave [/b]

"Well, we found some of them." He shows Watcher the scans.

"At least we know they went to the caves. Want to go take a look?" Cannon asks, piloting the ship towards the cave entrance.

"Yeah, let's do that." [b]He looked back up, calming himself after the sight of the dead [/b]

Cannon seems unaffected by the sight as he loads his blaster rifle and moves to exit the ship.

[b]Watcher followed him to exit, holding his rifle up [/b]

He steps out, checking the area with a sweep of his gun before moving towards the cave entrance.
