What is your opinion on sad and/or otherwise emotional and sentimental shows and music?
Some people think it's lame and corny. Some people avoid it because they don't like feeling sad. Some people love feeling emotional, whether it be sad or sentimental. How do you feel about sad and sentimental shows and music?

A large majority of the time, they both do absolutely nothing for me. Hachiko (too lazy to see if I spelled that correctly) is the only movie I cried a bit when watching just as School Days is the only show that has gotten me to cry. As for music, I can acknowledge that a song is sad, but that's about it. That said, a week or two ago, I was listening to a song that I've listened to many times before and towards the end of the song I just broke down and started crying for no understandable reason... Maybe it was 'cause of all the stuff that I had been thinking about previously, but I don't know.
