[b][i]Glimpse of the past, taste of the future[/i][/b]
[spoiler]Yes, I am Rping as Alpha in first person. deal with it[/spoiler]
I enter the dojo, and walk towards the simulation room. To anyone watching me at this point I am clad in only jeans and a black tank top......and wearing a silver chain. On the chain was a gold ring inlaid with a sapphire.
I kneel down next to the console, and set it to something that spectators couldn't see, then walk towards the middle of the room. The scenery changed, instead of cold and bare metal walls it had dissolved into a bright and shining day in a small, quaint village. I was standing in a bed of flowers, their golden-yellow petals face up towards me as if accusing me.
As the rays of sunlight play across my battered, furred, and beaten body, I see a form approach. It was a boy, about 13 years of age. He was clad in silvery-gray steel armor, and in his hands.....were a saber and a dagger. The kid had my blue eyes, and had blonde hair, his gaze full of unbalanced rage, malice, and a perverse joy.
I raise my fists as he slowly draws near, and ready myself.

[i]However, Alpha would be met by a very close visitor. Leone. He was clad in some really edgy clothes. On his head was a serrated headpiece that acts as a headband. He keeps long, light hair, dividing into spikes that angle outwards or upwards at their ends. He wore a long, dark, lapelless overcoat with laces that cross his black shirt; dark pants, and black shoes. Really fuсking edgy. But under that edgy demeanor was a rather nice man.[/i] "So this is where you've been Alex?"

Alpha sighed and ended the sim. "Hey dad. Sometimes, sometimes not"

"Mm, I see. You ran into any trouble?" [i]He asked, looking at his son with concerned eyes.[/i]

".......I ran a guy through." He said quietly "I ran a guy through, and another guy tried to kill me for it. I.......what am I supposed to do?"

"...Was it necessary? Stabbing this...person?" [i]He asked rather calmly, his face not contorted into anger.[/i] "Nonetheless I suggest this, stay upon the ship. We all care for your safety Alex. We don't want to lose you again..."

"You know Irina?.......She is one of the few people outside our family to give three shits if I'm living" He sighed "That ship is big.....but, I don't want it to be my prison"

"Yeah I've heard of her...don't exactly like her much due to her...past misdeeds, but that's the past. Perhaps she changed, I dunno." [i]He said, shoving his hands in his pockets with a sigh.[/i] "I'm only suggesting staying at the ship until it blows over. I know it will because everyone has, now excuse my language, Fuсking ADHD worse than a kid high on sugar. Trust me, it won't be your prison."

He crossed his arms "Even so, I've been attacked constantly." He sighed "Anyhow....you know that girl, Lisa?"

"Yeah, Ry mentioned her to me, seems like a nice girl. Why? Anything wrong?"

"well....you know how we've been dating a while?" He shifted nervously

"Uh huh...." [i]Leone had an idea where this was headed[/i]

"well......i proposed yesterday. We decided not to make it a big event considered we live near the dojo"

"Getting a fiancée... At 15..or 16. [i]He sighed, closing his eyes.[/i] "Are you sure you wanna really go through with this? I mean this is probably your hormones or whatever talking." [i]Leone opened them again, looking at his left hand. It had newly acquired an orange ring on it's ring finger, strange.[/i]

"Dad, I'm sure. You know I'm not one to be stupid, not as much as others my age. You also know......what I've done. I won't live a normal life, and I probably won't live as long of one either"

"I guess you're right... Can't exactly fight that, though I have no clue what Ry would say or do. Speaking of which.....Ry and I got married, on Christmas Day. There wasn't any wedding due to their culture basically being if you and your partner put the ring on, you're married." [i]He said, closing his hand.[/i] "Ry was the one to propose."

He laughed "I don't know when me and Lisa are getting married......and we already told Mom, she was pretty happy....but she's due very soon now, should be a week and you guys will have a kid"

"Yeah. Honestly I'm pretty nervous...I mean this is going to be my biological child. Of course I'll love you all equally... But it's rather nerve wracking, knowing that you have a week or less to prepare to meet your own child."

He laughed "I hope you love us all, and don't catch Cassie hearing you, She's only got a few more months, and she;s having twins And don't worry, with all the tech I should be able to manage"

"I hope so...I'd rather not grieve again for a while. I'm sure Ry wouldn't want to either."

He put a hand on your shoulder "Dad......have some faith. Mom knows what to do, and I do too. Relax, she's in good hands....." Alpha looked at the claws and pads on his hands "Or paws, whatever the -blam!-."

"Hey! Language!" [i]Leone scolded Alpha. Even though he was being hypocritical.[/i] "I have faith...at least some faith that this family of ours will last. I know Ry does for sure, that's one reason why I love her so much. But, I'll take your word for it Alpha, you better treat that girl right you hear?"

he smiled "of course I will"

[i]Leone cracked a grin and patted his shoulder.[/i] "Thanks Alex, now I should probably head back... Unless you want to talk about something else?"

"I can head back with you......I should be there for mom anyhow, considering what I have to do Gotta do it again with cassie too" He laughed "Maybe even with Lisa, if we come to that"

"Now now, one step at a time. You don't want to rush things too fast. Yes that probably contradicts what I just said but getting to know one another will help to a healthy relationship. But sure, I guess we can go home together." [i]He said, starting to walk to the exit.[/i]
