If the wail could drop with rifled. Does it? Cuz I've been sticking with fwc for that one roll. Oh and the waltz.

Sadly the wail cannot drop with rifled barrel. I found this out after donating inordinate amounts of heavy ammo synths and then checking the database. Same goes for the new monarchy handcannon

Good to know lol. Why make a weapon that can be out perked? Even in pve I'd choose range cannons so damage drop off doesn't piss me off. Can it drop with outlaw? Please tell it's does and in the first perk tree. The second has the hammer forged. I need that.
