Fortis's operation had been met with relative success thus far. They had reached the city with minimal casualties, and quickly. But, everyone was doing their own thing. Tubbs was plotting some rebellion against Fortis. Q was no where to be seen. False was in the bazaar buying fancy electronics. The only one who was on task was Royal, who was off trying to find this mysterious hero who would forge the sacred sword.

Edited by ALIAS-F4LS: 1/14/2017 10:33:07 PMAma returns after a while of shopping. It always seems a surprise the amount she can manage to carry despite her stature. Various rifles, a distillery, it seemed as if she managed to create a small laboratory and armory. After stashing her supply away she seemed to be carrying a heavily modified version of her tracker rifle upgraded with tech she picked up. "Yeah... I may have taken a bit longer than I thought I would. There were a lot of things I ended ended up picking up. Anyways I did manage to find a few things I could replicate so far. what's next on the to do list?"
-
"Next, we have to find the guy who is actually doing to make my sword. He is most likely at the top of that castle." Fortis pointed to the castle in the middle of the citadel. It was very large, and it's peak was a few stories in space.
-
Ama looks over at the castle, looking at it's details and design. "Hmm... I did ask around and figured out some of the coding. Worst case I can try hacking the system though I might take a bit longer than usual"
-
"Try hacking into the top floors security cameras first."
-
She pulls out her computer and starts clicking away at it rather quickly. "I'll see if the have a wireless connection for starts. May have to tap into their system directly if they have a closed network. If that's the case well just stage something to look like a simple burglary and plant a bug in the process. Security would be a little tensed up after that but if it seems like an isolated incident I don't think they will think to much of it."
-
"There is probably a pretty robust firewall in your way, the place you are trying to hack is the kings quarters. Once you reach the main firewall, let me know."
-
After about an hour of clicking away at her keyboard she manages to get limited access to the system with a security system keeping her locked out from gaining control over security. She flips the screen over showing the security she managed to run into on the server. "So I got into the system for the most part but it's done a pretty good job locking me out of anything important. I'll guess this is the firewall you were talking about. I'd try and bypass it but I'm pretty sure I'd trip a few alarms that way"
-
"I got this." Fortis sticks a USB drive into the computer and the firewall goes down. "That won't last long, but it should be enough."
-
"Alright I'll set the camera feed to play events from a few weeks ago. As for their alarm, those will be in mantainence mode since it seems to disable their tampering protection." While she's talking her keyboard could be heard rapidly clattering as she alters the programming. Eventually she finally stops and let's out a sigh of relief. "Alright well they won't be seeing us when we get upstairs. So what kind of distraction do you want? I'm not sure what their position is on this planet but if they have any enemies of a sort it shouldn't be to hard setup a fake hit and run. It should be as easy as mimicking any signature techniques of a rival faction of some sort"
-
"Before we enter the building, take a look at the last thirty minutes of video footage from those security cameras."
-
"Hmm, you have a point." She then drags out a file of the current day and plays the more recent file to look over.
-
"Shoot, this is bad. See that guy there?" Fortis points to a figure sitting on a throne. "He is the leader of this city, which means the person I am looking for isn't here. And that means we have to destroy this place." Fortis presses a button on his arm and thousands of ships start raiding the city.
-
"Well at least I can leave them with this to worry about" With a few clicks she sets off the building's internal security and disables the recognition software. "Now that that's all set up why are we burning the place to the ground. Seems a bit extreme to bring down the entire building over a miscalculation like that."
-
"It may at the time, but trust me on this, everyone in here is either evil or under control of the king. Within seconds, every civilian in the city is going to come out with guns blazing."
-
"Not a big fan of mass extermination but it should take them a while to get their system under control since it currently thinks everything is a threat. Most of his staff is probably dodging defence turrets and whatever else they set up for the time being. Any last minute surprises in mind?"
-
"Can you issue a command to detonate all vehicles and supplies?"
-
"Hmm" She start typing away seeing if she can gain access to the fleets cooling systems. "Can see if I can get their reactors to overheat. Should be a firework show if I can break in"
-
"That sounds very entertaining."
-
After a few minutes a few ships start driving unorthodox and begin bellowing out hot smoke. A few even explode in mid air. "Annnnd off. They probably are going to hold a grudge after this. Eh, oh well. Not really my thing but if you wanna watch a bunch of rival soldiers fighting their own castle I'm pretty sure a few of their cameras are working"
-
"I am sure we have caused enough disarray. But, we need to reach the top floor before I can begin the main stage of my attack. As long as the King still lives, we can not take this city. Would you like to come with me?"
-
"Well I caused them this much chaos already. May as well add assassinating a robot overlord on the to do list" She folds up her laptop and puts her rifle over her shoulder. "So smash through the side of the building?"
