"Awesome! In the meantime, head into the dojo. I'll hold the line."

Cannon nods. "Don't shoot anyone with armor like mine." He reminds him, before charging deeper into the dojo.

[b]As Cannon went into the dojo, he passed by a blown up store, the once famed Bar of Blades. Inside there was a strange movement, and gunfire. On the other side of the courtyard was a firefight, dojo mechs firing from the rooftops at a small squadron of troops [/b]

Cannon scans the shop with his helmets electronic "x-ray" vision.

[b]There was nothing inside, must have been a turned on TV [/b]

He continues towards the fight, scanning to ID the guards.

[b]The guards were few in number, only about two dozen and their names popped up on his HUD. "Springs" seemed to be the one in charge, having the rank of Corporal [/b]

Cannon immediately moves in and begins firing into the enemy troops.

[b]Making shots was, difficult to say the least since the mechs were on the roof [/b]

Cannon activates his jetpack, launch into the air and sending a wrist rocket into the nearest mech.

[b]The mech exploded, and the robots turned their fire onto Canon [/b]

"Oh kriff." He immediantly goes in to a series of ariel maneuvers to avoid being shot down, all the while sending a signal for his ship to come support him.

[b]The dojo guards took the opportunity to fire at the mechs, and the war on two fronts became difficult on them. One side focused on the the guards while the others focused on Canon [/b]

Seconds later Cannon's ship can be heard approaching, the large L-shaped vehicle pulling into position to fire on the mechs with it's laser cannons.

[b]The positions were destroyed, and the guard cheered as they exited their cover, pushing into the dojo [/b]

Cannon moves to regroup with them, his ship remaining in the air to provide support. He quickly comms Watcher. "We're pushing the enemy back, ETA on my fleet is fifteen minutes. How are things on your end?"

[b]Watcher's comms turned on and there was some gunfire before he actually answered. [/b] "Going well, we're getting more guards at the wall with you pushing those BASTARDS back inside the dojo."

"We're moving to secure the inner courtyards. Once we take them I'll send the guards your way and regroup with my men, over." Cannon leads the guards towards the inner courtyards.

[b]The man in charge stepped forward by Cannon [/b] [i]"What's the word on these BASTARDS sir?" [/i] [b]Springs raised his rifle as he asked this, looking into the Starbucks [/b]

"No idea, but they die just as easily as anything else. We need to secure the inner courtyards."

[i]"I concur."[/i] [b]The group entered a hallway into a second courtyard, and as they walked machine gun fire started from the other end. Four dojo guards fell immediately while the others ducked downwards [/b]

Cannon simply walked towards the MG, firing his blaster and allowing his heavy armor to take the blows.

[b]The blaster shots hit the enemy, and a grunt is heard. The shots stop and the guards push forward [/b]

Cannon continues forward, albiet a bit soarly from the bruises he no doubt received.

[b]The guards leap over a barrier of sorts, entering the second courtyard and immediately opening fire at the enemy. As Cannon stepped over, a sniper round struck the wall by him [/b]

"Sniper! Take cover" He shouts, ducking behind cover while his helmet scans the bullet trajectory.
