Like I been thinking about this for so long, how would Guardians fight the Reapers? What can we even do to them?
-
Well Guardians main attribute seems to be weekly grinds so, if you create a super weapon that needs power once a week then you're set.

Bend over and show the bootyhole

With... timed raid wipe timers, I guess
-
They don't.

Well, most of my knowledge of the reapers involves them requiring fleet efforts to be eliminated. Guardians, as far as I've checked, don't keep their jumpships armed, and don't have any ships bigger than than the fighter-sized jumpships. Unless suicidal rammings and boarding actions can do damage to them, then the answer will go along the lines of "they don't."

Only Shepard could defeat the reapers don't bring the shitty guardians in on this.
-
Simple. Same way they deal with everything, gally burn baby!
-
Convince the cabal they need to establish "several beachheads" on the reaper ships.
-
Nerf them.
-
Weasel them to a black hole?
-
Gjallarhorn. Every man, woman, and child would need a Gjallarhorn.

I'm assuming the paracausal powers that make the Guardians immune to being taken would also help keep them from being indoctrinated (i think that's the right word, haven't played Mass Effect in forever). I'd say boarding action, try to destroy the Reapers from within. Go for the heart, like the derelict from ME2.

They'd use cheese
