If i had to rank the raids it'd probably go as follows.
1. Vault of glass
My first raid ever. I don't think the feeling of completing it for the first time can be duplicated. It's a no brainer #1 in my opinion.
2. Wrath of the machine
Just really started running wotm after hooking up with a good crew. Love the gear from it almost as much as vog...almost. Really fun.
3. Crota
Good raid from front to back. Only reason its #3 is from the "kicked for no g-horn" epidemic that run rampant with this raid.
4. Kings fall
My least favorite. Not because it isn't fun or challenging. Just so many futile attempts with horrible team members, so many trys ended in rage quits and shit talking (by everyone) that i just gave up and stopped tryin.

those two first raids allow way too many mistakes. crotas end was well... it was crotas end. the g-horn epidemic. I feel you man. now kings fall is my favorite because it forces players to think. and it's getting obvious our community is just a bunch of point and shoots. I want to see more smart players, not trials fanatics going crazy in raids. If this is the future of destiny I'm not playing the game I want anymore.

I agree. The first 2 were forgiving. You could go down a man or 2 down and finish. Kingsfall 1 dies and its a wipe(mostly). Which leads to some pretty long , horrible raid experiences That hurt the game more than helped it. I've got a few friends that'll never play destiny again because of kingsfall. Kinda funny in all actuality.

Edited by Wheelaa1: 1/18/2017 4:33:28 PMIn KF people need to know how to adapt their role if the team goes down to 5. There is no section of that raid that is not simple to 5 man on hard. Wait until you've actually completed WoTM a few times (or even once)...a nice aesthetic to the raid...but gets old fast imo. So many people I know loved it the first couple of weeks but find it dull as a really dull thing now. Weakest variety of the 4 raids....

True. It might get boring and dull after I've completed it a few times( or even once). The team I've recently latched onto are some really good people. Patient and willing to teach which is extremely rare in this game. Im sure if id run with them back when kf was new my opinion would probably differ.

true on all of that, I think I like it because I get to show off probably. I just get to show off how little I die let alone my whole group. I guess that's why I liked that.

Just started playing Wotm and completed siege engine in under 6 minutes on our first try and had a blast. Might have posted a different list if it took us 3 hrs and people rage quit a bunch.

Weird. I loved King's Fall. WoTM is my least favorite. Just goes to show that it's gotta be hard to make content that pleases everyone the same.
