It's also one of the harder raids to explain. When we had a random or two, my former raid group always wanted me to do the explaining but after a while I hated trying to explain the different parts. Totems was sort of difficult to explain unless you tried to do an example run real quick so they could see for themselves how everything looked.
Golgoroth wasn't too bad to explain unless it was challenge week. The challenge was way to explain as well, but good god I must have heard 5 or 6 different strategies that were "definitely the best" for challenge. Every time I went to Golgoroth with randoms they'd do a different strategy. Thing is, all of them were good and worked, but you had everyone on the team wanting to do It a different way and arguing about which was best. Normally, I'd take my smoke break during this time.
Daughters and Oryx were both a nightmare to explain, especially to people that had never set foot in that room. People works freak out if they were picked to be the runner at Daughters. Normally a wipe would happen after the first daughter was killed because that second round starts so fast. And oryx? Jesus. It really isn't that hard to do, but to explain? It's a mouthful. "Your night spawns here if you're on the back plates, but here if you're up front, and run to the middle, and when we detonate the bombs... yes The ogres drop these bombs right, and they... no they are black orbs... jesus fxck not yet... no it's not challenge but we always do challenge because it's easier... sigh."
I learned to never try to help a group where more than two people don't know the raid. Two is the limit.
