i got the lost and found quest before i got to rank 3 with queens wrath but she didnt give it to me, will she give it as soon as i hit rank 3 or cant i get it anymore?

You also need to complete the "wolves of mars" quest from Variks on top of taken war Petra (lost and found) and be rank 3 with queens wrath.
