Dal was quite surprised by the "smoke-man" but he'd seen a lot of anomalies in his conscious lifetime but nothing like that.
"Yeah it's a lot to take in… but I'm starting to like the fact that for once I'm not the strangest person in the room."
As Dal said this he surveyed the whole room but he came back to you and examined for a moment.

"Don't worry, in the dojo the chances of you being the strangest thing in the room steadily near zero the further in you go."
-
"I've talked to a floating cube, I fully believe you." He slid his empty cup to the far side of the table. "You know anything about dreams Smokey?" Dal thought the nickname was clever.
-
"What kind of dreams? " (He didn't seem impressed)
-
Dal notes this guys not a joking type. "Well you see I've recently regained many of my memories from when I served the angels as a Deserted Valor (a magical warrior with the power of an angel without the restraints). It seems like all my memories are there but when I sleep, I see things that I don't remember doing, horrible things."
-
"Were you ever in contact with a being of great psychic power at the time of its death?"

Edited by Big Cash Moneys: 1/23/2017 6:26:04 AM"How do you know about… it?" He begins to get shifty and eyes the room.
-
"I don't. But what I do know is that the death of a powerful psychic being can imprint some of that beings memories onto nearby beings."
-
Dal sighs and thinks of the times only a few years after entering the mortal world. "There was a seer who told me he could look into my past and tell me what I was. At the time I did not know the power of the divine protected my secrets. As he could not break the seal I cut him down, but that was fifteen years ago."
-
"Unfortunately, the fact it was a seer widens the field. It may be anyone's past. Though I think we could pinpoint who. I'm going to have to ask you to have those dreams again."

Edited by Big Cash Moneys: 1/23/2017 6:43:22 AM"Okay, what do I need to do just take a nap?" The statement came out stupid but Dal was quite serious.
-
"Pretty much. And put on this." (He opened up his hand, and in a cloud of he mist-like substance, a white fabric cap appeared, which he handed to him)
-
Dal removes his helmet and puts the white fabric on his head. "Okay, I'm ready."
-
"Do you want a sedative?"
-
"As long as I'm gonna wake up."
-
(The figure nodded) "A perfectly reasonable demand, and one I would be completely willing to comply with." (You get the feeling that's the closest thing you're going to get to a joke from him. A small white pill appears in his hand, which he hands to you)
-
Dal appreciates the humor. "I normally don't mix pills and alcohol, but if I must…" Dal downs the pill.
-
(Almost instaniously, he falls into a deep sleep)
-
Dal knew not what he would see nor how it would change him.
