Dojo Library, Eren
[b]Deep in the spiraling depths of the massive dojo library, Eren sits in a small wooden chair reading a large, dusty book with frayed edges and old, rough paper, when from the pages bright lights erupt. Eren continues to read, almost in a trance despite the strange magic coming from within. He does not know how long he has been reading, or what book he is reading for that matter. He can actively feel the ancient power he desires coursing through his light blue blood. In the well lit room, Eren's black hair contrasts the white walls covered with beautiful paintings of epic battles, peacefulness, and a whole assortment of things. Eren sets the book down and leans back in his chair when he spots a figure among the shelves.
Eren leaps from his chair and begins to follow this shadow, or whatever it is, and soon comes across a small door, much to small for him to fit through while standing. Grabbing a map of the library from a pouch on his side, Eren realises this door is no where on the map, and decides to go inside.
Outside the dojo, in the massive training area, a large black portal opens up, contrasting the white clouds above, and Eren falls, screaming in fear. [/b]
[b]Following Eren out the portal are shadowy creatures, similar to the one in the library, and they fall to the ground beside Eren, who promptly gets up and behind cover.[/b]
[b]The creatures were all horrifying. They were similar to humans, standing on two legs, but each of the 33 had eight large, slimy tentacles like that of a squid. On what seemed to be their chests were large, piercing red eyes, four of them to be exact. They screamed a guttural cry that was impossible to understand, and began to race toward Eren, using their tentacles to move themselves faster.[/b]

[b]A missile flies into the crowd of creatures.[/b] "These creatures would be wonderful to test on!" [b]Destanius said.[/b] "Focus, we are protecting the dojo right now." [b]Fortis said. Destanius' face dropped as he reluctantly pulled out his rifle. The two opened fire on the horde.[/b]

[i]Hey! [/i][b]Eren yells[/b][i]If you want one, we need to move the portal! [/i][b]Eren's hands glow blue and a circle erupts around the area where the creatures are dropping. Around it form more and more layers[/b][i]That should stop it. I'm Eren, by the way.[/i]

"Hello Eren. How do we move the portal?" [b]Fortis says.[/b]

[i]Well, judging by what I've seen, this is some sort of crack in the mana flow of the universe. I assume that means we'll need a massive spell to close it. If I can learn that spell or someone here knows it, which I doubt, then we'll be able to both open and close cracks to other dimensions. Do you, by chance, have a way of obtaining this spell? I know there was a scroll with it on my old planet, but it's millions of light years away. [/i]

"I can get the scroll for you, but you have to give me some specifics on where it is."

[i]Oh, ah, wells it's in the main library in the capital city of Loran on the moon planet of Mana. Row 452 C I believe. Please, be careful. There may be some trouble entering the building as it is heavily guarded and those who are not Magic-wielding beings are not allowed in. I, sadly, will be killed on sight there for... many reasons.[/i]

"I'll be back." [b]Fortis pulls out a scroll and teleports to the library, leaving Destanius behind.[/b]

[i] Did-did he just teleport? Teleportation spells are difficult, but turning one into a scroll is near impossible! I- I need to talk to people more, learn these things. Oh well. I wonder when he'll get back.[/i]

"Probably when he burns down half the city and kills their leader."

[i]Oh no, please not the library! What are you guys exactly?[/i]

"Fortis is a warrior, and I am a scientist. I doubt he will hurt the library or markets, but everything else is probably burning by now."

[i]Oh my. Well, what do you study?[/i]

"Mostly biology and chemistry, but lately I have adapted a taste for mechanics and engineering." [b]Meanwhile, Fortis was cutting through guards left and right on the planet.[/b] "ALL I WANTED WAS A SCROLL GOD DAMN IT!"

[i]Oh, interesting! Never really understood machines. Magic just... works.[/i] [b][u]The guards scramble about, either shooting blasts of crystal or running for their life.[/u][/b]

[b]Fortis launches homing rockets at the guards and dodges the crystals with supernatural speed. After a while of shooting UP the library, he finds the spell he needs.[/b] "Great! But while I am here, I had better take a few more..." [b]Fortis is gathering scrolls.[/b]

[b][u]The Scrolls vibrate calmly and humm[/u][/b]

"I think that is enough." [b]He returns back to the dojo.[/b]

[i]Hey! Did you have any trouble?[/i][b]Eren yells and runs over. He grabs the scrolls.[/b][i]Oh, my, what are these?[/i]

"These are just some other scroll I happened to grab in the process."

[i]I see. Well, let's do this.[/i][b]Eren opens the scroll and his eyes sparkle in the natural light of the scroll, and he closes his eyes. He outstretches his hand towards the portal, and it closes in the blink of an eye.[/b][i] Whe-where do you want this?[/i][b]Eren shivers and his nose starts to bleed.[/b][i]New spells are- usually difficult to handle. Do you have a lab?[/i]

"Destanius has a lab on his ship. I can fly you there, just hop on." [b]Fortis' BACK sprouts a little seat-like device.[/b]

[b]Eren hops up with a bit of difficulty, but sits securely.[/b]

[b]Fortis takes off at very high speeds. In about ten seconds, he lands in the lab.[/b]

[b]Eren summons a portal in a containment chamber, and the creatures begin to spew out.[/b][i]Thank you, if you need me, I'll- I'll be in the library.[/i][b]Eren begins to walk out, this time being able to move correctly and without difficulty.[/b]
