"Bloody heroes, villains...I'm surprised that this isn't like a zoo." He had pulled out his Bastion, and checked its parts. "Thermal Ignition...good. All modes...solid. Energy levels...stable. Ammo, check. Dagger, check." Merrill had continued to list off the various things he would have armed, before opening up his wrist scanner, which continued a tiny crack on the lower left corner. "Well...nothing of interest for me. Let's see what type of trouble I could get away with." He had thought to himself, disappearing into the night. -------------------------------------------------------- (2 hours later) [i]Bang![/i] "Last robber dead. Damn...quite the body count. About what...10 robberies across the Dojoville Mountains and town. What's next, some bloody guy comes and tries to kill me for no reason? Please. Like that'll ever happen." Merrick had responded. He didn't dare to do anything but stare at his work; one robber dead by silenced gunshot; another by a stab with his dagger; and a third charred by a plasma bullet to his brain. [spoiler]Yay!
