Fionn has collapsed to his knees, panting.
"Don't touch the knife!"
Wisp warns.
"It will try to eat your light!"

The Hunter and the Warlock remained collapsed from holding the knife, but who rose was a different story. Sarah's eyes turned Taken colors, and grew wings of fire that were black. She got to her feet and she picked up the blade, smiling.
-
The knife seems to turn extremely heavy, pulling itself towards Fionn like a magnet. Fionn slowly rises to his feet. "Sarah, give me the knife." He tells her, stumbling a bit.
-
Her voice had changed to a chorus of multiple disembodied voices, Oh, I will. She moves her arm swiftly, pulling it back, and time seemed to slow down as she thrust it towards Fionn's chest. But a void anchor pierced her arm. "Haha you think you can get away with that, sis?" Mia taunts.
-
The knife blade itself seems reluctant to hurt Fionn, it's blade resisting striking him and pushing away. Fionn grabs it, twisting it from her grasp as he stumbles to his knees.
-
Her grabs the knife again, her actions slowed by the tether. A gleam in her Taken eyes, one of pure evil.
-
The knife seems to resist her, sticking to the Hunter's clenched fist. "You. Are. Not. Taking. This. Knife." Fionn growls, rolling away.
-
Then I will kill you. Another Void anchor pierced her right wing, she was tethered. "Again, I won't let that happen," Mia says.
-
Fionn rolls to his feet, holding the knife in a guard position. "I 'ave to agree with the other Hunter on this one."
-
Mia draws another Void Anchor, and aims for Sarah's heart, "Sorry sis, you got possessed, again." She let the void anchor pierce Sarah in the heart. As the void anchor struck, the wings dissipated, and regrew turning bloodred as a sign of a mortal wound. Sarah's eyes turned back to hazel. She fell to her knees, dying.
-
Fionn looks completely exhausted, and watches her fall. Mia can sense the darkness around him and the knife remain, though it seems to merge with his light.
-
"Give me the knife. If you keep it, it'll kill you. If I don't kill you first," Mia told Fionn. She drew another Void anchor, drew it and aimed at Fionn. Lunar appeared above Sarah's broken body, "Do you mind?"
-
Fionn moves around Sarah, lowering the knife. It suddenly shimers and dissapears. "What knife?"
-
"You had a bone knife, you can't hide the evidence."
-
"I ain't hidin' anythin'. That knife is none o' your business, an' I ain't 'aving another person tangled up in it." He crosses his arms, Wisp appearing before him.
-
"Then... why do you keep the knife.."
-
Fionn looks down at the snow. "I guess I owe the two of ya an explanation. Let's get somewhere quite and I'll tell ya both."
-
Mia stood by Lunar for a few seconds. Within a few seconds, Sarah was back on her feet, alive and well.
-
"Le's head back somewhere quiet an' I'll explain everythin'." Fionn promises before transmating away. Seconds later both their Ghosts receive coordinates from Wisp that lead to a clearing at the foot of the mountain.
-
Within a flash, both the Hunter and the Warlock are there.
-
Fionn is sitting in the clearing, the knife in his hand. The darkness around him seems... Almost tame. Like his light has merged with it. "Where should I start?" He asks.
-
"Where the hell did you get that knife? Looks like Hive weaponry," Sarah asked.
-
Edited by Cannon011: 2/3/2017 11:27:22 PM"Close... But no. It ain't Hive." He holds it up. "Go ahead an' say hi." He whispers to it. Suddenly, the two girls feel a presence surround them. A consciousness large beyond comprehension. Yes, oh bearer of mine. Hello, guardians of light.
-
"I... Ahamkara... what?"
-
So you know what I am. This is surprising. Your kind hunted us well, Guardians of light. Fionn just nods.
-
"I wasn't there for it," Mia said. "Your knife is your.... familiar?" Sarah asked.
