Fionn looks completely exhausted, and watches her fall. Mia can sense the darkness around him and the knife remain, though it seems to merge with his light.

"Give me the knife. If you keep it, it'll kill you. If I don't kill you first," Mia told Fionn. She drew another Void anchor, drew it and aimed at Fionn. Lunar appeared above Sarah's broken body, "Do you mind?"
-
Fionn moves around Sarah, lowering the knife. It suddenly shimers and dissapears. "What knife?"
-
"You had a bone knife, you can't hide the evidence."
-
"I ain't hidin' anythin'. That knife is none o' your business, an' I ain't 'aving another person tangled up in it." He crosses his arms, Wisp appearing before him.
-
"Then... why do you keep the knife.."
-
Fionn looks down at the snow. "I guess I owe the two of ya an explanation. Let's get somewhere quite and I'll tell ya both."
-
Mia stood by Lunar for a few seconds. Within a few seconds, Sarah was back on her feet, alive and well.
-
"Le's head back somewhere quiet an' I'll explain everythin'." Fionn promises before transmating away. Seconds later both their Ghosts receive coordinates from Wisp that lead to a clearing at the foot of the mountain.
-
Within a flash, both the Hunter and the Warlock are there.
-
Fionn is sitting in the clearing, the knife in his hand. The darkness around him seems... Almost tame. Like his light has merged with it. "Where should I start?" He asks.
-
"Where the hell did you get that knife? Looks like Hive weaponry," Sarah asked.
-
Edited by Cannon011: 2/3/2017 11:27:22 PM"Close... But no. It ain't Hive." He holds it up. "Go ahead an' say hi." He whispers to it. Suddenly, the two girls feel a presence surround them. A consciousness large beyond comprehension. Yes, oh bearer of mine. Hello, guardians of light.
-
"I... Ahamkara... what?"
-
So you know what I am. This is surprising. Your kind hunted us well, Guardians of light. Fionn just nods.
-
"I wasn't there for it," Mia said. "Your knife is your.... familiar?" Sarah asked.
-
"The knife is cursed. I just 'appen ta be the unlucky sod that ended up with it." You speak as though you do not enjoy my company, oh bearer of mine.
-
"I don't enjoy it, either."
-
The voice laughs, a low, raspy sound. The feeling is mutual, oh friend of ny bearer. But alas, I am bound to this one, Fionn, until our death.
-
"Your soul is stubborn, which is why you speak. Find peace. Accept your form, and be silent."
-
The laughter resumes. Accept my form? Foolish child, I made this form! I chose this to avenge those slayn unjustly by your kind! Fionn winces, as though in pain.
-
"You shall seek no vengeance for as long I live. Oh hater mine..."
-
The voice hisses in disgust. "Enough!" Fionn growls. They feel the presence jolt as if struck bwfore it retracts itself back towards the knife. As you say, oh bearer. I beg pardon. It whispers before retreating entirely from their minds. "I bloo'y hate that snake." Fionn murmers.
-
"Wish-dragon. Not snake," Mia says.
-
"Well he acts more like a snake, bloo'y reptile." He growls. "I'm guessing you're both wonderin' why I have the knife?"
-
"Duh," Mia says.
