Where exactly does it state that he must provide a countdown? If anything, it leaves it up to more random chance, rather than whoever lives closest to him. So what if he doesn't? It's his choice. If his chatroom is becoming toxic because of it, why doesn't he have the right to call them crybabies and to just get over it? Unless someone from bungie legitimately told goth "you must provide a countdown when going into games" I see no reason as to why he should have to. I don't deny that his actions overall might be incorrect, because I don't watch him- I wouldn't know. From what I see here, it looks as though he didn't feel obligated to do something that was considered "the norm." I see nothing wrong with that.
