Who is this person ?.
I have watched probably an hour of streaming in my life. It's tedious, the Streamers only seem to have a limited vocabulary of swear words, they shriek, shout and spend more time doing nothing than playing.
Apparently some people admire them and look up to them..
I simply don't get it.
I play the game. I don't need to see someone else playing it.

He's a condescending shithead who for some reason has a decent amount of followers.. as for streamers in general, I can think of quite a few that don't fit into the stereotype you described, the ones I personally watch are ms5000watts and luminosity & the reason I watch streamers is because it's a good way to learn how to be a better player, esp when it comes to pvp.

As I understand it they are given early access to Bungies development and get many opportunities to play maps and modes before we normal fee paying players.. I would expect them to be good at PvP .. And I was told that ms5000watts is married to someone who works for Bungie ???. I only watched an hour or so as I said. None of those I watched held any appeal but perhaps there are some out there whose style is less abrasive. But I still wouldn't pay or subscribe...

Yeah they get early access and they make a living playing this game so they are definitely at an advantage but how they are as good as they are is less important than what can be learned by watching better players. And yes watts is married to somebody who works for Bungie.

I put on a stream in the background because I like their personality, and I listen to it while doing something like homework. I don't really watch it, more like a TV show, but I don't feel like I'm missing too much by not watching.
