Luana slightly laughed - not in an intimidating or edgy way, but instead a joyful one. She was having fun - combat had always been fun for her.
She then began her approach, keeping her sword at her side as she sprinted towards Tesuto.

Tesuto slid his back foot around so that he performed a wide twirl. He carried his blade through as he slashed towards his opponent with an incredibly fast and wide slash....
-
Luana only drew closer, before suddenly swinging her sword upwards in a vertical slash. With enough force to potentially knock Tesuto's sword back, even. She aimed her hand at his chest, before a grappling hook shot outwards - Tesuto could've used this to his advantage and drove his sword right into her..

The Samurai's blade clashed into his foes as the grappling hook fired into his chestplate but bounced off(this is under the assumption the hook is flat at the end with blades curling down. If not, And edit will be made) Since his blade was on the inside with no resistance, he took a step forward so that it slid down Luana's blade and his Katana edged her throat. However, he did not proceed to thrust....

((Hook was barbed, lol. It would've had quite a lot of strength, it wouldn't have just bounced off.))

The Samurai's blade clashed into his foes as the grappling hook fired into his chest plate and pounded and dented it as it impaled him making him fall forward towards Luana. Since his blade was on the inside with no resistance, he fell forward so that his blade slid down Luana's katana and his Steel edged her throat, and his left arm grabbed her shoulder viciously. However, he did not proceed to thrust....

Luana only remained in place, as if she realized this would happen immediately after. A foolish mistake on her part - she'd have to aim higher next time. Of course, killing him wasn't her priority - making it seem as though he was the better swordsman was. She remained still, staring down at the blade as if expecting something..

Edited by Inflatablepants: 2/1/2017 11:59:47 PMTesuto remained in place for a moment, staring his foe in her eyes. He released his grip on her shoulder and moved his hand to his chest, where blood flowed over it. He kept his blade connected to her gullet for another moment... Before removing it, and raising the blade up to slap her cheek with the flat of his Katana. He moved back, gaining some distance between the two as he sheathed his katana into his right sheathe, and rested his hand atop the one on his left. "Round...two?" He asked her as the bleeding from his chest began to stop.
-
Luana only nodded furiously, before drawing her blade and immediately beginning a charge. There was a newfound fury within her - not mindless rage, but a burning determination to defeat Tesuto.
-
Tesuto had a bounce in his stance, and he sprinted towards his foe. He leapt through the air and unsheathed his katana as he did so, slicing out of its sheathe and towards Luana in an aerial strike, and the blade flashed with the burning light as he did so...
-
Luana then immediately propelled herself upwards, slashing downwards upon Tesuto's blade as light engulfed the sword that she wielded, thus knocking it down. Due to the two propelling at each other, she was granted the opportunity to use her armored elbow as a weapon, quickly bashing Tesuto in the cheek before she inevitably slammed into him, flying over his body - which would either land on his feet or slam into the earth.
-
The laws of physics chose the latter, and The red Samurai crashed into the ground with a roll and stopped just before the stair case. He brought his blade up, and stabbed it into the ground to help him get up. He regained his balance, however his stance was still a tad wobbly as he took his sword out of the ground, and drew his other. Now, in both hands, two massive katanas. He twirled them around before planting his feet into the ground like a mantis, compensating for his dizziness.
-
Luana had already risen up from the earth, as her left arm looked bruised somewhat. Still, she continued, drawing the katana hilt at her side as she began to approach.
-
Tesuto held his ground, allowing his opponent to get closer and closer....
-
Eventually, Luana began a charge, before strafing to the left and swinging viciously at Tesuto's left hand. She kept the weapon in her left was apparently kept hidden, as if she didn't want to reveal it yet.
-
Tesuto turned his left hand so that her blade slid off of his own, where he then proceeded to raise his right blade up so that once again, Luana found his blade at her throat. "Your move."
Will she begin round three? Or do something that is... *gasp!* Dishonourable?!

I know the reply is assuming a lot, and I'm not a fan of these sort of moves, but if Tesuto saw an opening like that he would take it.
-
I'm not in a fantastic mood at the moment, so apologies if I'm too rash with this.
Luana immediately slammed the pommel of her left sword's hilt into Tesuto's ribs, the titanium tri-dagger-like shape ripping through metal with ease - before she kicked him back, her face contorted into pure fury.
-
Tesuto fell back, but the surprise attack made it so he couldn't gently remove his blade from under Luanas chin. The blade cut the skin from the upper part of her neck and across her chin, resulting in a blood to drip and stream off her head. Tesuto fell to the ground, a pool of blood quickly flowed from his ribs. He held his blade as he tried to hold the blood back with his fist, getting onto his knee. Still, he pointed his right blade at Luana...in challenge.
all good man! It's been one of those weeks, I totally get it. It was still a solid reply.
-
Luana only stared, blood dripping from her theist, before a look of almost defeat took place - she was too infuriated, and too determined, to lose now. She began to nervously pace back and forth, waiting for Tesuto to rise up. She wouldn't attack, that wasn't honorable...
-
He slowly crept up from the ground, his legs shook and his arm twitched. He kept his blade pointed at Luana, but all he could do was step forward....
-
Luana sighed at the sight - she had genuinely hurt him. She didn't know how to describe it, but...it wasn't right. She sheathed her swords calmly, shaking her head. She figured that she had failed her infiltration of the Dojo - her King, Gilgalad...would not be pleased.
-
"Why...do you sheathe your blades...?" Tesuto asked weakly as his sword arm fell slightly.
-
In response? Luana only shook her head, sighing afterwards. It was as if she was genuinely angry at herself, yet couldn't find the words to explain her fury.

Edited by Inflatablepants: 2/7/2017 1:13:41 PMIt seems that the two stood at a form of stalemate. This had been a rather...unique...testing experience. The woman did not bother to kill him like most whelps would. He sheathed both his blades, and held his side. "I...would enjoy if you talked...conversation between warriors is something one should get used to once proven worthy to enter this place. And... You have certainly proven you are worthy..."
-
Wiping away the blood that trailed down from her neck, the woman sighed, shaking her head. She didn't figure that he'd want to speak, but... "...I suppose I shall speak," The swordswoman muttered, her eyes closed. "I need to find a medic, or something of the sort for you. The wound from the sword's pommel will kill you in a couple of minutes from blood loss, and I don't want to become a murderer here..." The tri-dagger's design was fully intended for killing purposes, and Luana knew that Tesuto didn't have long before he'd bleed out..
-
"Ah. Do not worry. I will be fine shortly." The samurai stated. "One of my sole purposes is to be defeated after all. You wouldn't be the first to kill me, and you will not be the last either. That comes with being a program in all honesty." The samurai chuckled, but he soon fell to his knees. "See to having that cut stitched. Welcome to the dojo!" He fell to the ground, dead.
