Mindfulness is best defined as the gentle effort to continuously be present with the experience.
1. Approach everyday things with curiosity- and SAVOR THEM
2. Forgive the mistakes themselves or others make- big or small. Grudges only lead to unhappiness.
3. Show gratitude for the good moments- and grace for the bad ones.
4. Practice compassion and nurture connections. Empathy and friendship is the best way to connect with others.
5. Embrace vulnerability by trusting others and themselves.
6. Make peace with imperfections- both inside and out.
7. Accept, and appreciate, that things come and go. Enjoy the people you care for and things you love because nothing lasts forever.
