I'll also use this opportunity to tell you this isn't canon, as my character is still technically on vacation, so this is more for fun rather than anything else.[/spoiler] Q slowed his speed, turning his ship back down as to not fully go into space. He floated in the troposphere for a few minutes, surveying the carnage below and above him unfolding. He sighed. "Can't a fella have one month where an invading army DOESN'T attack where he lives?" he asked no one rhetorically. He eventually re-entered the atmosphere with a boom, diving right for several A-10's which were beginning a bombing run, which he had hoped to have stopped. He began working a missile lock and opened fire with his auto-canons when he got close enough. (There are a few minutes between entering atmosphere and attacking the A-10's from above, because instantly attacking from that height is ridiculous)
