"I'm not particularly interested in the mind. That would be a convoluted mess. But the avaliable souls seem to be something of use."

"Available? They should pass into the afterlife if anything"
-
"A fair point, but I would like to insist on following through with my project. I feel it would be a spectacular project when it's completed"
-
"And what is your project?"
-
"Perhaps I should show you. She insisted in keeping it in her lab despite my assurance it wouldn't be damaged." Victor tears open a rift that seemed to lead to Amari's lab. She removing security locks from a container seeming familiar to her usual builds. A green glow could be seen coming from on the inside.
-
"Ama?? You're the other one that wants the spear?"
-
"Well yes and no. On one side this would basically be the same process that brought me about though something tells me this place is a much better environment than I had. On the other side, I'm willing to admit, me being created was probably a horrible idea. Essentially I'm the product of condemning well over the thousands to giving life to one subject."

"..." Royal seemed speechless, almost angry. But he took a moment, recomposing himself "You would recreate the experiment? You realize you wouldn't be any better then those BASTARDS, right?"
-
"Sorry it crossed my mind. I didn't actually intend to go through with it. I'll just make this thing another machine or something. Sometimes I really do question myself..." Victor put his hand over her shoulder. Looking at her through his mask. "you appear for be missunderstanding something. I'm only looking to bring that man back, though I'd like him to believe his family passed of old age instead of a fire. Wouldn't that leave him with more peace? "
-
"It's not safe to assume anything about Anthony. He tried to destroy this entire village..."
-
Amari looks at them both and back at her device. "Well this machine can break the spear if I retune a few things. At least they wouldn't be all locked up though if we go the route let's keep that far away from here. I don't wanna see another murder party in the streets like the last time that thing was being used."
-
"I say break it, or give it to me to hide away
-
Victor sighs looking at the spear. "Luke... I wish I could have helped you. Just break it down... he's beyond my saving" It was in his voice it clear sadness could be heard as he spoke. Calling Anthony Luke for some reason. Amari was still coping with the fact she let the thought of such a terrible plan to pay too much attention.
-
"I'm sorry... I truly am."
-
"Thanks. Before I was who I am now I worked as a therapist. Luke was a patient of mine who desperately created his own reality where his family didn't pass him by through old age. By the time I had found him he already didn't age. I guess I took a liking to him especially since my family also passed though it was in a house fire. The problems started when he was mistakening himself for me. He started to think his family died in a fire, he even started to borrow my name. Yes, at that time I went by Anthony..." He then removed that mask revealing his face he looked at the spear watching Anthony's soul run about the weapon he once weild. "Even now I'd love free him but I know it would just be the same result. This was actually much worse than any of his other fits of madness.."
-
"Sometimes, even if we're used to it, the madness takes hold of who you are. What you are."
-
Amari finally picks herself back up. "If you want I can do it for you" "oh no. If it's all the same, I'd like to tend to this myself. I feel obligated to letting my old friend pass on. Perhaps he will find peace in death that I couldn't provide for him in life" "Well alright, just pick a spot away from any population though"
-
"I can create a portal to the shadow realm. Empty over there.."
-
"Thank you" Amari removed something from the box from the looks of it it was a power core intended to be attached to something. "well it's all set. Again sorry about earlier. You just looked so desperate, I wasn't thinking clearly. I'm going to take a walk and clear my head tell me how it works out later." And with that she left thinking things over. Chesh finally opens his mouth. C: "So your the real Anthony right?" V: "Why yes. How come?" C: "After all of this come with me and trust me. You won't be dissapointed" V: "your a cryptic one but I'll oblige" C: "good, I'm curious how you will react"

"Here. Give me the staff." Royal held out his hand "I'll throw it into the shadow realm."
-
"I guess it would be easier to pass the burden onto someone else. Now, one who speaks I riddles what is it you wanted me to see." "well I could tell you but to me, I think it's something you would much rather see " "I'd much rather have an explanation as to why I'm handing the duty of releasing my patient to follow you and your nonsense." Victor stood firm adamant to get clarity on what Chesh had in mind. It was a stalemate. Chesh was enjoying his mind games too much to clarify his reasoning and Victor wasn't going to leave without knowing why.

"You to lover boys have fun" Royal opened a shadow portal, entering a separate realm and stabbing the spear into the black ground as the portal closed behind him
End I'm guessing?
