Ace of Spades is wrong. I just went and tested this for myself on an ultra. Your Triple Tap claim never happened. 3. Suros Regime's perk specifically states "The bottom half of each magazine deals bonus damage and has a chance to[i][u] return health on kill.[/u][/i] So there's no secret Life Support.
