I see Boolean being good now, with HCR being fixed on scouts and Boolean able to 3 tap.

I like Boolean in PvE for the body-shot armor buff. Never really liked it in PvP though.

It could be, actually. In conjuction with a sidearm. I mean, I always had Sidearm anyway, but now sidearm is the obvious choice, isn't it...
