I like the "nerf" because it will work better for large groups. I think the landfall nerf was uncalled for though.

I rarely see or use Storm with landfall in anything really perpetual charge is what personally use both in PvE and PvP since I run discipline and strength on my warlock. Landfall is kinda meh you either get someone with it or you miss I rather have grenades ready to begin fights with and melee charges in case someone get to close for comfort. Iconic blink is really something for PvP in PvE it doesn't do anything but 9/10 times I forgot that I have it on so I just end up wasting skill perk. it ain't my thing but seeing that someone can just close the gap really fast by just simply blinking towards you is kinda broken in my opinion.
