Good point about getting a significant amount of health on every kill. That may prove to be more advantageous than simply activating health regeneration on kill like it does currently.
Think about it: you get a portion of your total health immediately and don't have to wait for it to regenerate over time. That may allow one to go on a longer kill streak since each kill gives health which may allow one to get to full health in only a few kills.
Therefore, in that respect it may turn out to be a buff rather than a nerf.
The only downside is the shield only regenerates over time but that may not prove to be a significant disadvantage.

Personally I think that every health perk should do just this, give immediate health not give health regeneration. The fact that it's every kill brings back health immediately sounds crazy good.

Plus everyone won't have full matador ammo to slay you haha

Edited by zNapSack: 2/10/2017 3:34:13 AMLOL true. Although Invective may become useful. Btw, it has even more range than Matador 64. I know, I could not believe it until I checked the stats in my gear manager. Matador 64 - range 26 Invective - range 32 and it regens ammo. Although granted, it doesn't have the impact Matador 64 does.

I think that's base Matador range, no? The max is probably absurd lol

32 is max shotgun range which is why aggressive ballistics works so well on matador. Rifled or reinforced barrel bump it to 35 (although it can't really go that high in game) and aggressive takes it back down to 32 but still max range.

Edited by Insatiable: 2/10/2017 4:02:21 AMThe range stats don't matter when invective isnt that impact which makes matador so damn lethal. Multiple shots required to kill = much more skill.
