What will stop a blade dancer?
Team shooting (even if you claim they're too hard to kill)
FoH
Nova bomb
Golden gun
Sunbreaker (suncharge >blade. Heck a simple hammer toss > blade)
Supression grenade
Stormcaller
Shadow shot
Hell you can skate or blink away from a blade dancer
Just because shotguns arent going to be in play as often doesnt mean blade will suddenly dominate. Its not like blade dancers were impossible to kill without a super or shotgun.
I dont see how this is in anyway a potential buff especially when they stated the change was made because it was annoying to see someone nearly die in arc blade only to regen health = the upcoming nerf will make it less annoying.
The change was honestly pointless since no one has ever complained about it and trying to justify it just because of the special ammo change is just a lame excuse, just like when no one had a problem with tripmines sticking to people, but when it gets changed suddenly people want to try and justify the change as if the previous state was an issue.
Heck and dont get me started with the fact that they're nerfing the class and didnt mention anything to fix the short stopping or attack delay after blink during blade dance.
So dont say shotguns are a key aspect for shutting down a arc blade. I've been killed/shutdown via all the methods above, even shutdown because of the stupid delay on striking after blink.

Edited by xKCz: 2/10/2017 2:20:36 PMIf you're running Max armor + arc chest piece, you survive a hammer while in Blade, usually. Sometimes it will kill you sometimes it won't. Doesn't appear to be any rhyme or reason to it Suncharge works the same as always.

Lol, that's a complete lie. A direct hammer one shots all roaming supers, including stormtrance and blade. It even one shots mid nova bomb animation

False. Arcblade is one hammer. I kill them all the time with one. Stormcaller takes two for whatever reason. At least this is what I have seen

As i stated before, you can shutdown a blade without a super, however supers are super for a reason nonetheless. Hungering Blade was not broken, yeah it [b]can[/b] be annoying dealing with a blade or any super at that but not impossible.
