Charlie chuckles at the dragon as he walks by and shakes his head. Charlotte rolls her eyes.
Charlotte: "Is this guy compensating or what?"
Charlie: "At least we were given a 4x4 instead of a dumb Volvo."
Charlotte: "That's oddly specific...."

The pair push open the door and walk in. They look around with a mix of curiosity and caution.

They walked into a massive throne room. The ceiling stretched up high, probably eight of the eleven stories. The throne room itself was narrow, and seemed to have other rooms branching on the walls leading up to the throne and the end. The throne was stationed three quarters down the hallway. The place looked ancient, to say the least. And in poor condition. The doors were frozen and rotted and the walls were coated in ice. The walls seemed to block out some of the cold but the place was still well below zero degrees. Icicles grew off the ceiling and reflected sunlight from a few holes which made their way through the ceiling. At the throne, A tall pale skinned and white haired man sat on of the arms of the chair. He was sharpening his blade and sparks flew off its unique cross blade design, which shaped like an infinity. He looked up from what he was doing, and hopped up immediately with eagerness. He rested the blade on the chair and raised his arms in welcome. It was non other then the world famous "Fierce Deity," as everyone knew him. He approached them with welcome. "And look who it is! Two of the biggest troublemakers from the Dojo! Welcome here." He said with enthusiasm.

Charlotte looks over at Deity in confusion and slight disgust. Charlotte: "Aaaaand who're you, Mr. Creepy Ice Dungeon?" Charlie rolls his eyes. Charlie: "Don't mind her. Hello, Mr. Deity. How are you and may I ask why the hell we were brought here? I have some...important business to attend to elsewhere." Charlotte: "You know this loser?" Charlie just sighs in response to Charlotte.

He almost said something to charlotte but decided against it. He looked to Charlie. "Need some people to help me build a cool ass-totally not avengers company I can use to protect Tatakai. And you'll get paid. You in?"

Edited by WM Chronicles: 2/11/2017 11:47:52 PMCharlie sighs and turns around. He starts to walk out. Charlie: "I'm out." Charlotte's eyes lit up at money. Charlotte: "Money? How? What do I have to do? I wasn't exactly listening up until I heard money and thought I could use some...more." Charlie: "We're rich and have little use for money, Charlotte." Charlotte: "You never know...."

Deity looked at the two with a furrowed brow. He was THAT close to saying something insulting but decided against it. "...contracts. Got a couple for the weird Bonny and Clyde thing you got going on here." He wheeled out a bulletin board which had multiple lists attatched to it. "You do one of these, you get paid. And maybe this place gets to look a little nicer."

Charlie turns back around and walks backwards. Charlie: "Why should we care about this castle? We have more important things to do. Maybe I can find someone more willing to give up their time?" Charlotte: "Bonny and Clyde? I feel like that was an insult, but I can't tell..." Charlie: "It wasn't, Charlotte." Charlotte: "Are you sure? I feel like he's insulting me." Charlie: "Yes, I am sure."

"Hold up why the hell did you make the drive out here if you didn't want to come in the first place? You know you weren't forced into at all...."
-
Charlie: "I didn't exactly ha-" Charlotte: "I dragged him along. He never stops working and he could use the break." Charlie: "Hey, Mr. Deity. I'll tell you what, I know this great female warrior who's going to be arriving somewhere around the Dojo. Maybe she'll help. Her name is Lyn. I would help since I owe you one...or two, but I've got a lot of work to do."
-
"Ya...okay...sure...."
Switching characters?
-
Yeah. Not the right characters for something like this. I'll reply to the original thing again with Lyn...who I was going to make an intro post for before I used her anywhere, but whatever.
