"AGH! I HATE LOOPHOLES! FINE! YOU CAN HIRE MY SOLDIERS! THEY HAVE FULL REIGN TO ACCEPT YOUR PAY AND LEAVE!" "Oh my god thank you." Said smith as he turned to Alex. "for the love of GOD hire me right now!" Alex raised an eyebrow at smith as Teagan grew even more mad. "How much...?" Asked Alex. "Million dollars, thousand dollars, ten dollars I don't care just hire me." "Well shit you got a deal!" "SMITH YOU DAMN TRAITOR!" Yelled Teagan. "Traitor? No he just hired me. Adios." Said Smith as he walked out of the castle. Alex looked back on Teagan. "We'll be picking up a few more men on the way out...thanks Teagan." Alex said with a grin as he waved Royal over for their exit.
-
"One second..." Royal looked over at Teagan "Listen to me very carefully. We're taking your men. We're stopping the rebellion. We're doing you a great service. So if you try to a make move on those innocent civilians, I will make sure you live forever. In pain and suffering. And I will make damn sure, know one ever remembers your name. You got that you incompetent old man?"

The man looked at Roy with distaste and anger. But, after a moment. He simply waved his hand in a shooing gesture. "Bah! I run my city how I please! Now leave my sight! And NEVER return!" He yelled. Alex gripped Roy's shoulder. "Not now." Alex whispered. "We aren't ready."
-
Royal shook his head in disgust as he left the room, dragging Deity by his arm. As they exited, Royal mumbled something along the lines of "Shoulda let me stab him"
-
The two made their way through the village and began to talk to the soldiers their. By the time they were leaving, they were able to acquire thirty of the two hundred men as well as eight vehicles that came with the service. The two began to drive back to the castle when Alex turned his head to Roy. "We'll be back, don't worry."
-
Royal simply stared out the jeeps window, lost in thought "Bad decisions lead to good Endings..." He sighed "I've always been fond of the idea of choices. They are what shape you after all. But I just don't want to make them anymore. I can't make choices like these anymore..."
-
Alex let out a breath before he said "hey, I get it dude. But these are the kinds of things you HAVE to act on otherwise people will die, and you will be responsible. It doesn't matter if you didn't even do anything, because you are still guilty as shit if you didn't help." He thought about his words for a minute but thought they were a tad confusing. "Does that make sense?"
-
"Yeah..." He pressed his forehead against the glass, which fogged up with each breath be took "You know I almost died two weeks ago? I was battling this wanna be god that claimed the powers of a fallen hero. And we battled. It ended with me getting stabbed through the chest, even got the scars to prove it. I was dying. And then, I lived. I was saved by some guy I don't know. And the man I fought, I cut his head off..." He sighed, further fogging up the mirror "I should retire to a beach house. Get away from everything."
-
"Ha! I'd take you up on that idea ANY day! But shit! We gotta get shit done, right?" He said. Now, Alex spoke to Roy like a friend.
-
"Hehe... Yah I guess you could say that... Gotta get shit done." Royal moved away from the window, and now looked at Deity "Thanks." He sounded... Sincere.
-
Alex looked to Roy and raised an awkward eyebrow. "Look at us! We're bonding!" He said with a healthy dose of sarcasm.
-
"Next thing you know, we're the new Falk and Zane!"
-
"Oh god no! Please no!" He cried. The jeep continued on and on, until eventually the reached the castle once more...
End! Sorry this wasn't too exciting. It's more set up for a much crazier quest later.
