Incoming fairly long read:
For about roughly more than one month now, I've noticed how much I've improved. I've been doing nothing but strikes, a few Nightfalls, (One completed Solo :) ) and I guess I'll admit, I'm "alright" when it comes to the Crucible. I am a bit rough around the edges. From YouTube videos to articles about what to do/how to improve, I can say that I've gotten my Titan to LL390 and my Warlock to LL388 solo.
What I really wish to partake in, though, is the WotM raid or see how well I can improve in the Crucible by attempting the Trials of Osiris. I'm ready to take that next big leap forward, so to speak.
I've done neither one, and was wondering if I could find a genuine team of players of whom are willing to teach me the up's and down's to these processes. I'm willing to comply accordingly and be the student.
I know most of your responses may be "go to LFG and try there", but as Mr. Gump once said, "you never know what you're gonna get"... If I were to try there, I would probably be immediately kicked for not knowing how to complete the raid, which would result to obvious... results...
I thought it would be better to ask the community instead, if some of you are willing to do so.
Thank you for reading and I hope this reaches the Destiny Community.
Edit: Sorry about that. I forgot to add my console: PS4.

Seriously, give the lfg a shot. I hadn't done this raid at all before this weekend. I competed it by using nothing but randoms. They were usually very chill, and willing to explain. Just tell em upfront you're new and need explanation. And then listen. Don't be a rambo. Had one kid who kept trying to kill adds when he needed to be moving siege pieces. Took 6 runs till he finally listened. This one isn't hard, but it dies have a few moments that are completely unforgiving to screw up. If ya add me on ps4 and find more people, id be glad to run it with ya
