"I'll think, how long until takeoff?"

"I'll go see what I can do." She gets up and goes to find Vince.

[b]Whatever happened in that half hour, is debatable. Whether or not She spoke to him at all was the question that remained in Kross head, but he decided to ignore it. The ships launched off from the dojo, entering hyperspace as they started towards their destination [/b]

Sometime into the flight, Altar and Vince reappear on the bridge. Vince walks over to Kross. "So, how are things going?"

[i]"Smoothly. The cruisers haven't picked anything up by the planet we're headed to." [/i]

"Good, if we're lucky we can land unnoticed." He pointed to a map of the planet. "This beach is where we should land, it's secluded and close to the city."

[i]"This will be quite something won't it? A beach front battle." [/i]

"It will be spectacular."

[i]"I must say. I'm inclined to agree." [/i]

Suddenly the radar began beeping. A number of unidentified objects appeared in the planet's orbit, and one massive object. "Crap."

"Alright. Let's not enter the airspace yet. What are they?"

"The smaller ones are probably attack ships. The bigger one must be the flagship Altar was talking about."

"Any suggestions on how to get past? [b]The new voice that spoke turned to Vince, and was obviously the ship's Captain [/b]

"Altar might have some." He beckons her over. "We have a few options. We can engage them in battle, try to get a small force past in smaller ships, or let them capture us. That flagship has a gun that can shatter moons." "Oh, so that's why I can't see the moon."

"Which would you recommend?" [i]"If we were captured, we would lose our weapons. And would not be able to fight." [/i]

"Our best bet would be a small force in small ships. But we would need to distract their fleet."

"We'll send two cruisers from their sides while we get their attention."
