Valeria simply looked up at Vel, who simply smiled.
"You alright? Guy try to do the you know what to you?" Vel asked, looking to break the restraints off her.
"Yeah. Been in worst, to be honest." She responds, panting a little bit.

"You know what?! I'm sick of this shit!" He pointed towards one of the planes. "We're taking that out of here! Right now! Let's move!" He said as he sprinted down the stairs and hopped over the railing onto the ground level.
-
Bullets were pretty much everywhere as he went past the gunfire. The sound of a giant mech was heard, as an Atlas-class mech fired on a bunch of the bandits, supported by multiple women with swords (called Phantoms) and Assault Troopers armed with single fire rifles called the M-96 Mattock.
oh -blam!- it's Cerberus.
He sprinted behind one of the planes, and waved at the others to get the hell over to him.

Edited by A Stormy Dio: 2/25/2017 1:51:12 AMThey ran, although Val looked back to see a soldier carry around what seemed to be a probe...and on that probe was an A.I rendition of their leader... The Illusive Man. "Stand down, men. I want to talk to the Deity, as well as our compatriots without having to worry about." He said, a cigar in his hand, as most of soldiers stood down, minus those who were finishing the bandits.
;)
Alex turned from the plane and raised an eyebrow at the FANTASTIC VOICE ACTING of the illusive man. He walked towards the prob, his Blade still drawn. "Well shit! Martin Sheen wants to talk to me? How can I say no!" He said.
-
"Martin Sheen? Never heard of him. Nonetheless though, there's a very good reason that Cerberus has, in fact rescued you..." he says, before looking Val's way. "I know where your old torturer has headed." He says, before continuing with, "She's lead her new Cerberus fleet to the gas giant of Thelum, in the Draconis Rift, near the Local Cluster and Earth. Show them." The Illusive Man commanded, as another soldier came up and put a giant hologram on the ground, revealing a galaxy map, before zooming in on a small planet. "If the Alliance, turians, quarians and the Dojo unite, they could be able to protect the colony of Demeter...which will be attacked in about two weeks time. Once the alliance is secured, Cerberus will try to kill anyone from the Dojo. You must be ready for that Deity. They," The Illusive Man explained, "will deal with the Demeter and alliance issue. You need to warn everyone you can about Cerberus. The most likely answer is they will capture you and either brutally torture or execute you."
-
"What? Why are you telling us this if your organization plans to murder us as soon as its pulled off? And who the hell is invading? You?" He asked, skeptically.
-
"Wrong. I've simply been trying to pull everything together again. Someone else has reorganized Cerberus and turned it against the Alliance, specifically." He says before turning to Val. "In trade for hiding my A.I core and allowing my soul to continue to live, I wouldn't end up hurting Lieutenant Hong or her allies. And that would include the Alliance and Dojo. I've continued and will continue to uphold that. However, this fake Cerberus could do the same." He explains.
-
"So we gotta stop em then before they screw shit up is that it?" He asked bluntly.
-
"About so. The fake leader of Cerberus, as I'm aware, is an old friend of Valeria, and has a grudge against the Alliance. I don't know who she'll specifically target first here, but my most likely guess she'll either torture them for information, execute them to set an example...or the most likely option, indoctrination." He explains.
Basically, I'll have to ask first, but any casual post someone makes, I'll probably drop a few Phantoms, Nemesis to try to beat the up or something. Small post is all.
-
"Well they'll have to really work at trying to take us out." Alex replied. He knew he would have to find a way to build an alliance with these people but the info he was given was hardly reliable. "And so what do you think will convince the alliance that they can trust you? Or the turians? Or the Quarians?"
-
"In a few days, the crew of the SSV Deimos, consisting of multiple representatives, would be going to the heart of the Alliance military to meet up with their leaders, potentially securing the Alliance." He responds, before looking to Deity. "For now, I need you to stay here and warn people about the Cerberus threat."
-
"Got it..." Alex said as he rubbed the back of his neck. He looked to the other three. "No imma need you three to help me with that! I'm not sacrificing my companies rep by looking like I'm batshit crazy all alone!"
-
"I'll stay with you." Vel said, looking toward Deity. "Might as well; wanna see what's changed since the last time I've been here." "Once all Dojo personnel leave Tatakai's orbit, I shall stay here and inform the Geth consensus of these actions." Peacekeeper replied. "I'll have to go to Arcturus Station; try to ease tensions the Alliance might cause." Replied Val. "Excellent. With the proper timing, we could stop this fake Cerberus from destroying the relationships of the galaxy and from complete dictatorship. Now...any more questions before we take our leave?" The Illusive Man asks.
-
"How hard would it be to bargain for some of your troops to join up with my organization...?" Alex asked.
-
"Depends on what your organization does. I could be willing to supply some of my own Atlas mechs and YMIR mechs for your support." The Illusive Man replied. "The Geth may also supply some troops and additional weapons for you." Peacekeeper replied.
-
"Nothing that would compete with your organization I assure you. I just need more soldiers to protect this planet is all."
-
"Of course. So as long as this fake Cerberus doesn't knows my position and our allegiances haven't shifted, I'm completely ok with these type of operations." He replied. "They'll come with you within the next couple days." "Now...I must deal with some matters. Anything else?"
-
"No. I believe we're good. I'll spread the word, see how many people I can get on board."
-
"Of course. Till we meet again." He responds, the probe disappearing. "The Kodiak should take you back to Ollimand for your "reward". We've hidden the fact that we've helped out. We've sent everything up to the consensus, so they should be ready to kill any bandits within the vicinity." The assault soldier replied, as he scanned the area for hostiles. "Shall we go, Deity-Leader?" Peacekeeper asked.
-
"Ya. Let's move!"
the end!
Assets gained:
Cerberus soldiers 3.8 million for drug info
-
"No I think they're on our ass. We gotta get the shit we need and get out! Now!" He yelled as he ran to the other side of the room, gun in hand and ready to breach the door.
