[i]A Little Help[/i]
As the sun started to rise over the Ku-Rudo mountains, 15 Phantoms raced above the ground. 13 of them changed course to join the main fight, and the other 2 landed in the Dojo courtyard. Out of one of them stepped Shar Valam', the Arbiter.
