Ian walked through the alleys of the Dojo. His clothes were in tatters, and he was drenched in his own blood as well as others'. He eventually came to the main square, where he fell to his knees and collapsed.

Each footstep she took was a representative of her silent, unwavering power. A steel piece hid away the lower half of her face, although her dark blue eyes continued to stare out into the abyss of destruction - and eventually, her pupils found themselves upon Ian's body. Upon the warrior's side was an o katana, the futuristic 38' inch long Damascus steel sword covered in blood and bits of ash, although the metal blade faintly gleamed in the smoke. The hilt belonging to another sword rested at her side, strapped to her waist by a leather strap tightly. And completing her set of weaponry was a simple wooden shortbow, as a quiver of fifteen arrows was strapped to her back. "Murderer. Fiend." She muttered, stopping as she was about six feet away from Ian's body. Oddly enough, the invading Dread and the metallic beings that were brought upon the Dojo by Althreath seemingly ignored her, as if she was an invader herself. "Up with you. At least face your death with some honor."
-
Ian simply laughed as he rose to his feet. "You... You do not know honor, but only murder. You will soon know what it means to know the repercussions of your actions. You will know..." He turned his head to face her, and flames burned from his eye sockets. "True pain."
on a scale of Easy to Dark Souls, how f--ked am I?
-
Just play smart and you'll be fine.
The samurai only placed her right hand upon the handle of her metallic sword, keeping the blade within it's holster as she began to circle silently around Ian's position. With the typical people that she had witnessed, she expected some form of magic - or perhaps teleportation, she didn't know. She had neither - but she had skill and a strategic mind.
-
Metallic wings started to protrude from Ian's back as he drew his rapier. "What is your name, Samurai? I would like to know before I kill you."
-
The warrior didn't react to the taunting, only analyzing the rapier and the wings. Although her faceplate hid this away, she smirked faintly, before resuming her constant circling.
-
His skin started to turn to metal as the wings reached their full length. "No name? Fine, then I will call you Weaboo." Ian turned to face her and reached out with his free hand. "Cero." A beam of red energy ripped through the air towards her.
-
The warrior only calmly strafed to her left, sliding upon the ground and only continuing to circle Ian. At this point? She was smiling widely.
-
"I'm surprised you were able to dodge that." Suddenly he was behind her, slashing at her legs and back.
-
Edited by Orn: 2/20/2017 10:15:57 PMLuana didn't even react, as the rapier literally bounced off of her armor. "To be quite frank-" She turned and backed off from Ian, laughing to herself. "You have to be the worst swordsman I've ever seen. Do you not know how a rapier is used? Or are you simply deceiving me, hoping to lower my guard? I sincerely hope that it's the latter." ((Seriously mang, switch to something else other than a rapier if you're slashing.))
-
"You're quite perceptive, Weaboo. To your enemies, quite, but to your surroundings? Not so much." He smiled as she stepped on a mine.
-
((She would've noticed the mine before the fight even began. You're literally making up stuff just so you can kill my character at this point, lmao.))
-
((The point of a land mine is that it is hidden from view.... Kek. Orn, pls.))
-
quite true
Quite perceptive, all that shit. He dashed towards her like an arrow, bracing his blade by holding it like a lance.
-
((-.-)) The samurai calmly bent her back so that she was level with Ian's chest as he charged so she could evade the rapier, as the sword she wielded began to gleam with a faint light. She swung horizontally at Ian's waist, as the blade continued to glow - it may have sliced right through him.
-
Ian was suddenly behind her, stabbing backwards so that it missed her armor. "How does it feel to know defeat?"
-
The rapier sunk into wood and steel, before stopping in place. "That's it." The samurai sounded genuinely furious. "I'm getting you a damn sword. None of this rapier shit. I am going to train you, understood? Now, please withdraw your weapon, so we can begin your training before this place is destroyed."
-
"Oh, he knows how to use a sword but do you know how to block one?" Dmitri jumped down from a nearby building, attempting to end it in one attack.
-
"Yes-" A sudden flash of light - as Dmitri's blade was sliced in half, as the samurai only stepped to the right and watched him collide with the earth. "-I also know how to disarm a sword wielder." She stomped upon Dmitri's head, keeping him upon the ground.

Edited by Hal0T1nman: 2/21/2017 12:06:45 AMDmitri's blade started to glow as it grew back, and Ian fired a shot at Luana's leg. "I don't think he appreciates that, Weaboo. I would move if I were you,"
-
"Sick and tired of this.." She muttered, picking up Dmitri's sword while keeping her own sword aimed at Ian. As if blocking...odd.
-
Dmitri refused to give her the remnants of his swords. "Maybeh ith you whet me up, we canh hab a honoable figh." Considering his face was being pushed into the ground, his speech was muddled.
-
"You had your chance. Quit lying." Luana almost sounded sad, as she kept her foot upon Dmitri's head. She let go of the weapon, placing her other foot upon his hand. "And you... Why? Why did you kill that man earlier?" She stares towards Ian, going silent.
-
"Hmm? What man? I killed a demon, that is what I killed." He stared at the ground for a moment before firing another Cero at her.
Dmitri can fire it out of his sword, Ian with his hand.
-
"And still, it is murder." She muttered, as her sword gleam as she slashed. The orb dissipated as the blade touched it, the light dissipating afterwards. "What did this demon do in the first place?"
-
"Oh, nothing, just destroyed a galaxy and pretty much all of Hell." Ian and Garin's backstory is really extensive, and you'll be the first one to hear it.
