Hello devs or whoever is paying attention, I have a minor gripe. Not that it means anything but I've been playing your lovely game since the beta and nothing has excited me more since the games launch than Iron Banner. Being rewarded brilliantly crafted armor and weapons for feats in the crucible was my favorite part of the game. Another thing that I liked about it was when it first began wearing the shaders and the armor gave you a boost to reputation so players would dawn them to gain favor. When this was the case Banner felt more like a cohesive tournament between Guardians. Seeing players come together dawning their awesome Iron Banner gear and fighting against and along side each other made the tournament worth playing. I'm sure many others feel the same way. There were times that I felt "darn I wish I could wear armor I liked so that I could look my coolest while playing" but after a while I realized this was a reward you got once you reached level five if you so desired. After a while it didn't matter if I was level five or not, if I was fighting in Iron Banner I was dawning the armor and shaders. Can we bring this cohesiveness back somehow please? A lot of my friends that really enjoyed banner for this reason don't really feel like taking away the incentive the wear the armor and shaders has made the tournament any better, as a matter of fact it's cheapened the experience. Also reaching level 3 and 5 are no longer our concerns now that rewards don't drop at those level of play exp. Level 5 at least would be nice. I know you want the game to be accessible for all players but events like Trials of Osiris with no match making and a very high learning curve is pretty isolating in its own right. If kids play long enough in banner regardless of their skill level they can still get the rewards and if the don't want to grind for it regular crucible is always an option. I'm just saying IB being a once a month event compared to trials being a weekly event, just doesn't have the impact a once a month tournament should have don't you think? Bring us all back together again. Make Iron Banner as exciting as it once was I mean why water it down in an expansion dedicated to the memory of the fricken Iron Lords!? We became Iron Lords man that was awesome! I humbly grovel at your feet. Help us to feel that it's worth it again guys please. R/ Mike H M1ked1ngo XBL
