A voice was heard. [i]So, you've finally arrived. I'm glad I get to kill you in person.[/i] The lights came on revealing a long room filled with knights. At the end of the room a throne was set. On the throne sat a man with white hair and a long black coat. [i]It's been too long Vince.[/i] There was also a massive Cyclops with a purple eye.

[b]Kross spun his sword in his hand, drawing a second that radiated with a purple darkness [/b]

The knights advance and one grabs Vince, throwing him towards the throne. The other knights surround Kross and Altar. Vince stands before the throne. "You bastard. Why didn't you stay dead!?" [i]Calm yourself Vince.[/i] Thaddeus walks down and stands eye to eye with Vince. [i] We've both wanted this. A second chance to settle the score, no interference.[/i] The two men level their weapons at each other, Vince has his cane, fitted with blades. Thaddeus has a dangerous looking staff.

[i]".... VINCE YOU CANNOT ALLOW THIS! "[/i]

"If I kill him, they'll disappear." Vince and Thaddeus begin an intense battle.

[i]"Defeat him Vince.... Defeat him." [/i]

Meanwhile Altar begins fighting the knights. "Focus Kross!"

[b]Kross bolted into action, painting the walls as he slashed through the Knights [/b]

Vince brought his cane around hard but Thaddeus parried with his staff. Thaddeus brought his staff down on Vince's head but it was blocked by his foe's cane. The battle had been progressing like this for several minutes. Meanwhile Altar was making short work of the knights on her side.

[b]Kross was doing the same, dancing through the blood that splattered across his armour as if it were war paint [/b]

Eventually all the knights fall but when Altar and Kross approach Vince and Thaddeus, they find the area surrounded by a force field. Vince and Thaddeus flew apart in a burst of power, both men injured and panting.

[b]Kross slashed his sword into the forcefield in an attempt to get past it [/b]

The forcefield stood strong. Vince and Thaddeus ran at each other, weapons at the ready. Then they did one of those things where they slash with their weapons and end up running past each other. Vince fell to his knees. [i]Heh, you did good Vince.[/i] Thaddeus fell over, dead. The forcefield vanished and Vince collapsed. Altar rushed to his side. "No. No no no no NO!"

[b]Kross dropped to his knees besides Vince, inspecting the wounds [/b]

A single, large gash ran along his chest, oozing blood. He was fading fast. "You can't leave me like this Vince! You idiot!"

[b]Kross placed his hands on Vince's chest, one on top of the other. The blood stopped, and the wound stitched itself together slowly [/b] [spoiler]blood magic OP [/spoiler]

[spoiler]Plot even more OP[/spoiler] The wound was healed but Vince was still fading. "Thaddeus cursed him! The bastard!" Altar put her hands on Vince and concentrated. "Come on, break!"

"[i]How did Thaddeus manage to curse him? "[/i]

"I don't know when but it's a soul bond. Since Thaddeus died Vince is going to die as well."

[i]"You Can't be serious!" [/i] [b]Kross looked down at Vince's wounds [/b]

[spoiler]Get ready...[/spoiler] "Thank you Kross, for helping me. Altar, tell Emma I'm sorry." And just like that, Vince was gone. "No!" Altar began to actually cry at this point. Suddenly Vince's body began to glow. It raised into the air and there was a bright flash. When the light subsided, a woman was lying on the ground where Vince once was. "And Vince kicked the bucket didn't he." As Altar was still crying, she turned to Kross. "I'm Emma, Vince's sister." [spoiler]End[/spoiler]
