Respects the Cabal a lot and has raided their armory several times. When he first did this, the Vanguard and the city counsel strongly advised against it (as well as his ghost...several times...) There was a Guardian team sent by the Speaker himself to track-down and "stop" Arisis (a voidwalker, (2) hunters, and a Sunbreaker). The voidwalker managed to lock him in a stasis-field in a destroyed ruin on Mars...he's still stuck there...but his ghost isn't.
