Royal turned to her, smiling
"Kidnapped? Did you have another one of those nightmares sweetheart?"
Wait. Sweetheart? Something was wrong... Very wrong

"What? Sweetheart? You're acting strange. None of this makes sense" Ash visibly was confused. She only knew Royal as the warrior which made this all the more strange to witness.
-
He laughed slightly "Strange? Is it strange that I'm calling the woman I love, sweetheart?" This had to be a dream. Right? Maybe it wasn't...
-
"Where... am I?"
-
"The dojo of course! Where else would you be?"
-
She looked out the window, wondering if there really was the dojo outside. "Well... at least it's a nice dream. I don't know what to think about this though"
-
Sure enough, outside the window was the main dojo courtyard. She had to find a way out. But what was it?
-
While she would enjoy to stay for longer she knew this was a trick and in the real world, she had to save him. "I'm curious, if I never sleep, why would I wake up in a bed?"
-
Royal stopped, and sighed "Because you were tired after last night? I'm not entirely sure myself."
-
"You have his face which makes this all the more harder..." She grabbed one of the kitchen knives, trembling at the thought. "Please, don't make me have to do this, just let me go so I don't have to"
-
"I can't let you go... I don't want to!" Royal placed his hands on her shoulders, looking at her pleadingly
-
"Then what is this? I don't understand"
-
"The-" Chapter Six: The Clock Tower The world swirled around her vision, Royal disappearing as she came into reality https://imgur.com/pfQru4h In the middle of the tower was a large book, with a man overlooking it. Or rather, slug. https://imgur.com/s7XU9SL He turned to face Ash, laughing solemnly. The door behind her was gone, with no way out and the others had no way in. "It is a pleasant surprise to see that you have arrived."
-
Still a little shook up from the illusions Ash faced the creature. "And who are you?"
when you realize you litteraly own a ceramic slug with a santa hat on ._.
-
....
"Who am I? I should ask you the same question. I gave you your deepest desires! Let you live you in your greatest dream. You denied it... Who am I? I am Aldrich. The Devourer of Gods! And I am oh so curious."
-
"While it was... pleasant in many ways I believe you had misinterpreted some things. It was only an illusion."
-
"Did I misinterpret your affection towards him? Or perhaps his to you...." He turned around, writing something down in the large book
-
"Instead of trying to study me, perhaps we can meet an agreement that can benefit us both?"
-
"Yes yes, what is it?" Aldrich was focused on the book. A prime time for a suprise attack...
-
"What if, I could bring you a lord of cinder for your meal. Someone particularly powerful"
-
Aldrich turned slightly, eyeing Ash "Pardon?"
That moment when Aldrich is Kross servant. And Ash is trying to turn him
-
"Surely you would prefer to be the strongest of the lords correct? Perhaps surpass your own master?"
-
A hand wrapped around he waist and she was pulled against the wall, her head slamming into it "I accepted my fate. Perhaps you should as well."
-
sooo magic still not a thing?
-
Considering he gave you a dream, and pulled this. I was hoping you'd figure it out TAKE THE BASTARD DOWN

theeeen he done goofed
"My fate was to see to it that those who needed comfort in death had gotten it. Unfortunately for you, my master had made sure that I would live to continue that fate for always and eternity." Suddenly hellish flames sprouted from her hands instantly spreading as phantom whips began lashing to the beat of the damned. It was like experiencing all of hell's punishment simultaneously in a gruesome blend of it all. "The undead believe death's embrace is always sweet, but to a sinner, an eternity of servitude could be more pleasant"
