Snow silently scoots next to her, wrapping her tail around her. "C'mon Arty..lemme see...Would you like coming to dinner with me and Vorim tonight? Im making lasagna and ceasar sallad."

[i]Artemis leans on Snow and covers her face with her fluffy tail.[/i] "I-I don't deserve it, Snow."

"Kind of the point..I mean, c'mon, I'm your friend..I wanna help you feel better.."

"I don't deserve your help, Snow." [i]Artemis cries silently behind her tail.[/i]

"Arty, I don't care if you think you deserve it or not..I care about you and I'm gonna help you anyway.." she said, gently hugging her from the side.

[i]Artemis doesn't hug back and instead continues to cry, shaking slightly.[/i] "You shouldn't help me, Snow. I'm just a worthless runt that gets others hurt. I-I'd be better off dead."

"Back to your old way of thinking, eh?" Snow said quietly, hugging her tighter. "Arty, just because you're smaller doesnt mean you're worthless. I was literally two feet tall for half of my life, yet here I am anyway. You're being to negative, too harsh..Its why I'm asking you to come over..you need something good to think about.."

[i]Artemis cries a bit louder and sniffles.[/i] "I-I'm not being too harsh, Snow. I'm not b-being harsh enough. I-I should go before I do something to hurt you."

Snow hugs her closer. "As if that'd ever happen. Artemis, you've never hurt me before, and if you ever do hurt me, physically or emotionally, I'll forgive you for it. Life isn't good in any circumspect when you live it with regret and the pain of not being forgiven for whenever you screw up..Thats why I don't hold grudges, or stay mad at anyone for anything for long.."

Snow nuzzles her, shushing her quietly. "Artemis..Its not about what you deserve..Im your friend anyway and I care about you...Seeing you beat yourself up like this only ever makes me worry about you.."

"Y-You shouldn't worry about me. I-I'm not worth worrying about."

"Arty, I dont care about how little you think you're worth. I care about you as an individual and you as a friend. I'm not going to stop caring about you and I am most certainly not going to let you believe you're worthless." she said firmly, yet softly.

"Thank you for trying, but I think I'll just go now. Maybe no one will stop me this time..."

Snow handcuffs herself to Artemis. "Heck no that aint happening."

[i]Artemis' eyes go wide and she starts to hyperventilate. She begins to freak out, staring at the handcuff with a look of pure terror.[/i] "Take it off! Tzake it off!"

"Arty. What i just understood from that lastvsentence was that you were going to go off yourself. I honestly do not need MORE grief to deal with especially since I'm due to have a child soon. This isn't coming off until I get you help."

"Please! I'll do anything! Just take it off! Take it off! Please, Snow!" [i]Artemis cries harder than before.[/i] [spoiler]Artemis hates locks and feeling restricted.[/spoiler]

"Fine..." she said, the chains holding the two cuffs together freezing and breaking. Snow put her hand to her head, immediately assailed by a headache. "Acgk! Shoulda used a key..."

[i]Artemis pulls her hand to her chest and rocks back and forth.[/i] "Thank you! Thank you! I'm so sorry! I won't do it again!"

Snow put a hand on her shoulder, gently. "Arty, calm down, its just me, its okay.." she said softly.

"I won't do it again! I promise! I'll be a good lil runt!" [i]Arty was clearly going through a past experience in her head.[/i]

Snow sighed, putting hand on Arty's head. "Now just calm down.." she said quietly, trying to make her sleepy. Snow's headache only worsened as she continued trying to help.

[i]Artemis slowly begins to drift off to sleep. Her breathing gets slower and she relaxes her muscles.[/i] "O-Okay..."

"There there, just relax.." Snow says as she stops. Arty would continue to feel tired. Snow gently holds her hand, worried for her. "Would you like to come to the Glade for some tea? Maybe a nap?"
