Snow nuzzles her, shushing her quietly. "Artemis..Its not about what you deserve..Im your friend anyway and I care about you...Seeing you beat yourself up like this only ever makes me worry about you.."

"Y-You shouldn't worry about me. I-I'm not worth worrying about."

"Arty, I dont care about how little you think you're worth. I care about you as an individual and you as a friend. I'm not going to stop caring about you and I am most certainly not going to let you believe you're worthless." she said firmly, yet softly.

"Thank you for trying, but I think I'll just go now. Maybe no one will stop me this time..."

Snow handcuffs herself to Artemis. "Heck no that aint happening."

[i]Artemis' eyes go wide and she starts to hyperventilate. She begins to freak out, staring at the handcuff with a look of pure terror.[/i] "Take it off! Tzake it off!"

"Arty. What i just understood from that lastvsentence was that you were going to go off yourself. I honestly do not need MORE grief to deal with especially since I'm due to have a child soon. This isn't coming off until I get you help."

"Please! I'll do anything! Just take it off! Take it off! Please, Snow!" [i]Artemis cries harder than before.[/i] [spoiler]Artemis hates locks and feeling restricted.[/spoiler]

"Fine..." she said, the chains holding the two cuffs together freezing and breaking. Snow put her hand to her head, immediately assailed by a headache. "Acgk! Shoulda used a key..."

[i]Artemis pulls her hand to her chest and rocks back and forth.[/i] "Thank you! Thank you! I'm so sorry! I won't do it again!"

Snow put a hand on her shoulder, gently. "Arty, calm down, its just me, its okay.." she said softly.

"I won't do it again! I promise! I'll be a good lil runt!" [i]Arty was clearly going through a past experience in her head.[/i]

Snow sighed, putting hand on Arty's head. "Now just calm down.." she said quietly, trying to make her sleepy. Snow's headache only worsened as she continued trying to help.

[i]Artemis slowly begins to drift off to sleep. Her breathing gets slower and she relaxes her muscles.[/i] "O-Okay..."

"There there, just relax.." Snow says as she stops. Arty would continue to feel tired. Snow gently holds her hand, worried for her. "Would you like to come to the Glade for some tea? Maybe a nap?"

[i]Artemis grins slightly. She's far more relaxed now.[/i] "Y-Yeah, that sounds nice."

"Allrighty then, lets get going." Snow said softly, slowly struggling to stand up.

[i]Arty yawns as she stands up.[/i] "Do you need help, Snow?"

She nodded. "Yes, please." she said, extending a hand.

[i]Artemis takes Snow's hand and tried to help her up.[/i] "Here you go."

Snow eventually stood, smiling graciously. "Thanks Arty."

"Your welcome. Lead the way." [i]Artemis waits for Snow to start walking.[/i]

Snow smiled a little to herself, heading down to the glade. --- Fifteen minutes later they were there, the birds chirping and the sun shining through the trees.

[i]Artemis takes a deep breath and looks around.[/i] "Lovely place."

"It always is..always.." she says, almost longingly as it reminded her of another place.
