For those that think they know better than Bungie I have a link for you
Build your own game
Give yourself 100 weapons with different perks and use the Magic Balance button that you think Bungie is missing.
Once you've done that you'll have a little more credibility to tell Bungie how they're doing things wrong.
Until then...<Enter mundane and slightly insulting activity here>
just because many of us don't "code" for a living doesn't mean that many of us arn't adept at using a spread sheet and reading numbers.. instead of using feelings, to determine rational changes that could improve the game. MATH.. any language, numbers won't lie. Feelings are subject to bias, numbers have no bias.
using small changes to what the numbers show to be op, not how many people are enjoying a weapon, not by the complaints that it feels like warlock sunsinger nades are op, or they don't like dealing with (insert whatever you like here). The numbers will show what is op.. and then you have to balance that out.. if a nade is op but, due to the nade op the melee is shit or the super is shorter etc it creates diversity in how you play each subclass.. what we have not is each subclass being played the same and so the diversity is gone because people refuse to play differently and bungie is balancing on feelings instead of real numbers.
