PS Exclusives to Xbox One in April Update
Considering that Bungie just announced the death of all content in Destiny 1, the exclusives should lose their embargo the update before Destiny 2. Considering most people will be transitioning to Destiny 2, little to no-one will be grinding for 2 exotic weapons or playing a strike or a crucible map in Destiny 1 since that won't matter in Destiny 2.
