Burn.
The night was stagnant, dry, cold. There was no breeze, no movement at the gate of the Dojo at the time, no sound. The stones of the gateway were stained a deep, dark red. Nyxon's body lied there, two holes punctured in his upper body. One in his lung, the other in his stomach. His head lied a few feet away, having been severed by the demon filth in Garin's body. There was no cloud coverage tonight, so the moon shone bright over the courtyards, illuminating most everything.
(Open. I will not reply if things take an even more morbid turn. I am not replying to Arbiter.)

A lonesome figure approached. The woman was clad in a deep red, tattered trench coat, a wool cap stationed upon her head. She was at least five feet and eleven inches tall, her frame thin yet athletic in some manner. Her emerald eyes found Nyxon's body - then, his head. A sadness engulfed them, as she approached his remains. The woman lifted up Nyxon's head, checking for brain matter. If there was still some present - well...she could help bring him back.

His brain was intact, fully and unharmed. He had been dead for a few hours though, so his head was cold to the touch.

"...I'll fix you up. I promise." Meredith muttered, but not in a sarcastic, rude demeanor. A genuinely emotional - even furious - tone was within her voice, as she lifted his head and cradled it. Meredith began to walk upon the bloodstained street, as a military-style ship landed upon the street. She climbed into it, ordering the pilot around: "Take me to the Minerva. Specifically...the bio-engineering labs." The pilot nodded, as the hatch closed. The ship flew off into the distance - and eventually...into space. ((Timeskip?))

(Sure, but what about the rest of his body?)

((DNA replication can replace the rest.)) A couple of hours later... Nyxon found himself awake, except in a much different location. He was lying upon a warm bed, in a small, square-like room upon what seemed to have been a massive dreadnaught-style ship. His head was placed upon a pillow, while a nightstand with a lamp was next to him. A fridge and a bathroom was to his left (a legit bathroom - not just a toilet), while the room exit was to his right. A view of space could be seen to his left, as stars flickered in the distance. Shuttles flew past the magnificent ship, departing upon it and leaving afterwards. Sitting within the room in the corner was the same young woman from before - except with a smile upon her face, as a plate of breakfast was in her lap. It held biscuits 'n gravy, a glass of milk, and bacon. "I hope that you don't mind the food. It's good, really good - but we didn't know what to serve you. Can you move your limbs?" She said, motioning towards his... Limbs? Body? It was all there. As if nothing had happened in the first place.. "Before you ask, it's bio-engineered. Your body's been replaced by an exact replica through some nifty science stuff...DNA cloning. You're...Nyxon, correct?"

Son of a b-tch.

His eyes went wide as he woke up, panicked at first until he realized what was happening. He calmed down, closing his eyes as his breathing evened out. "Yes..my name is Nyxon...Did I.? Did...What happened..?"
-
"Yes...you died. Look, I usually wouldn't do this kind of stuff to someone. Except that you...reminded me of a guy I knew. You fought the good fight, and died trying to find a better future. ...We need more people like that, Y'know?" Meredith shrugged, setting down the plate on the nightstand. "...Just, ah...call me Meredith."
-
"Okay..Th-thank you..I...Do you have water..?" he asked, noticing his dry mouth.
-
Edited by Orn: 3/5/2017 10:34:47 PM"Yeah, yeah. Course, got you a glass of milk, but...I can always go get water."
-
"Milk is fine..I guess in my circumstance I shouldnt be complaining...Does my family know I'm allright?" he asked, worried for Cassandra and his kids.
-
Edited by Orn: 3/6/2017 3:33:24 AM"I, ah...didn't get to tell them. Wanna call them real quickly? I could probably get their numbers easily." Meredith certainly had some capabilities, if she could get their phone numbers.

"I think it's better they see me in perosn.." he said as he moved his hand to his face slowly, still unsure if he was back in the world of the living.
-
"Alright, alright. We can go ahead and get you outta here. I know...Revenant's clearly don't give a crap about visitors. And hey...everything's fine, alright? You're alive. No one got hurt by that...thing. Well, countless civilians, but that's beside the point.."
-
(So now this is noncanon, by declaration of Roy. Thought you should know. I mean, if you're reading chat then you know already) He sighed, running his hand across his snout, a sad rumble emitting from his chest. "I'm still trying to piece together how that thing did what it did...I was on top of the wall one moment and on the street the next..."

(You want to continue it?)
just bring him back.... Arby killed Nyxon without permission
-
He didn't need it.
-
He needs permission to kill characters
-
im doing a thing Lou does where others dont need permission to do so. It makes things more realistic. Then again, its hardly realistic when someone just up and stabs up a wall with magic chains.
-
Exactly. Just say no. Save Nyxon
-
You're reading the thing with me and Orn, right? He's alive, again.

...Would being revived by the Illusive Man into a cyborg fighter with cybernetic enhancements and replacements count as morbid?
-
Tech cant fix the brain being dead. Spinal cord was severed. Plus, its been a few hours since he was killed.
-
you could probably still revive someone with this tech from that. He'd probably be brain-damaged though.
